What do you like best about the product?
The main advantage is the comfort of usage.
Asscessible information as well as analytical query instruments.

The rate at which each day has been infected too slow.

What do you like best about the product?
It predicts to control overall profitability hence it process evolution.

Helps in saving time as we can get our Data analysed in the simplest form .

Trendminer protect the best operating zones hence improve asset reliability.

With the use of Trendminer , we can reduce safety risks as it provides early warnings with the use of captured knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have to work on giving clear instructions on how to use this in the starting phase as some users have found the setup process of Trendminer to be difficult and not user friendly which causes irritation and frustration during implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trendminer helps us with data analytics as we can get the data and information in very simpler form hence it helps in saving our time .

TrendMiner supports us to analyze our large volume of data
in an easy way and gives fast result.
TrendMiner is easy to learn. TrendMiner also helps in saving our time.
The interface of trendminer is user friendly.
By continuous use we can also improve our initiatives

Sometimes TrendMiner is not working properly confused in data format.
They have to work on that to resolve it.

What do you like best about the product?
Clarity in analysing connecting multiple tags. They also have a fantastic and quick responding customer service team. I feel more at ease exploring with the software today.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use its advanced processes, additional instruction is needed. In my view the tracking section could benefits a few upgrades by introducing new methods for searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aids with our understanding of present customer data. Supports those we serve in increasing output by projecting ideal variable values. Aids inthe inquiry of event indicates as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Totally autonomous we do not need a scientist to manage data, I like that the design of the program is aimed directly at engineers, the panels are customized, I like that I can manage the production of our services efficiently with the platform that we offer, the monitoring service is very powerful works 24 hours a day freeing up time and costs for companies that hire the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not judge, but the software so far has not given problems, the interface that presents if I consider that this something obsolete we could have more updates with a more intuitive and easy to use interface, the templates provided are well done, but I return to the theme that we need something more updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented the service as an alert system since we can perform periodic monitoring in all our facilities and detect problems, all this is done live and solved at the moment, it also allows us to reduce waste and pollution with a good recycling plan. Product quality is always guaranteed thanks to all the tools TrendMiner provides.

trendminer doesn't allow me to use a calculated trend in another calculation (eg. aggregation in a ratio formula used in another formula)

What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform that evaluates the perfomance and growth of the company through self-service tools generating specific analysis of the data and making a profitability report as this tool locates patterns in operations and best of all is that it has techical support 24/7 and within the platform that is extremely easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning let's say that the cost of service is a little high, but it is worth in its totality so far are more the benefits that TrendMiner gives us in all the follow-up of our operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our data evaluation was lousy, now with this tool we have taken an important leap because we have stopped spending time on manual evaluation and continous monitoring of the graphs, with TrendMiner we established alerts at critical points and its self-service features has helped us a lot in wrinting reports on the data.

What do you like best about the product?
Very collaborative between teams is the most favorable virtue I have noticed since its implementation, good option to collect that many times we do not take into account at the time of an analysis, complete analysis of assets and processes this is more useful than I thought since I started using TrendMiner. Quite predictive in its performance, its monitoring tools are effective and decisive, the interface is very well polished, with quick access in the cloud or local.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the operation of the program, I think it has met all my expectations, at first the problems was to communicate with technical support to schedule the demo, you must request a price, I consider make calls to the company and make you a quote is the best option I could take.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use TrendMiner to optimize our mechanical industry, its analysis help us to improve our work, when we have encountered root problems the software always finds what is causing the problem and provides the necessary solutions to solve it, it is an excellent support guide for engineers who want to do a good job, since its use has optimized our entire service in the manufacturing industry, the data provided, reports are highly appreciated by our professionals.
