What do you like best about the product?
The Blueshift team has been very helpful and is pushing the envelop on how digital teams can unlock value. It seems like we are always hearing of new ways we can maximize the solution and help acquire, engage, and retain our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been a few situations where some of the new features being presented as must haves are not working for our team. We've tried to resolve the situations but it's been slow moving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralized solution that allows us to communicate to all of our different customers across their unique journey.

Easy to use yet powerful platform

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the ease of use, there are very powerful features that have been encased in a very usable and intuitive user interface.
They also listen to user requests and have had the experience of a request of put team being actually developed and put into production.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting aspects were very basic originally but they have managed to improve them with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is succesfully managing the communication both manually excuted and automatically for one of pur clientes. It includes many triggers and automated journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up triggers and control the experience of the user base. The customer support is great and always willing to dive into helping. We're able to try and test new things while getting feedback and support on initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be a bit more comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Blueshift as a way to engage our user base in the most efficient way possible and we're able to do that through leveraging recommendations, triggers, and campaign types that help limit the amount of volume we're delivering while maximizing the results we're looking for.

Comprehensive multi-channel marketing automation done right

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, relative clarify of the UI, and comprehensive suite of tools. Also, support is very responsive and follows through on every request. The integration and implementation docs are relatively thorough and the mobile SDK is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit rough around the edges, but it's functional and has few bugs. I frequently use Blueshift (just about every day) and I get tired of having to log in each time. I wish there were a way to extend sessions or provide step-up authentication for senstive changes. Lack of web SDK so everything is "roll your own" in regards to the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift helps us automate all of our marketing communication efforts. It allows us to set up complex journeys and campaigns that weren't possible with our previous platform and would take months or years to build if we did it ourselves. Our marketing efforts, realized through Blueshift are responsible for a good portion of our revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
It is both highly intuitive and highly flexible. You can do some pretty custom stuff without using developers. Also, when you need help, they are awesome! Their customer service is great and our account manager absolutely cares about our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any negatives. It's not hard to accomplish what I want to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this as our primary vehicle for connecting with our customer base.

Exceptional support and the product meets our needs

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Blueshift for a number of years simply because it's able to scale as our business grows and lifecycle needs expands. Above all the service is exceptional. We work with a CSM that truly cares about our success and ensures we are well equipped to tackle all of our needs even as they change and evolve rapidly. While I'm sure we could find a feature or two with another platform that could be more effective in their respective use case it simply can't replace the relationship that we've built.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is hard to describe since our biggest challenges are internal. I'm certain we would get a lot more out of Blueshift if we can clean our information architecture but this completely a limitation on our end. It's possible as this evolves we may face some restrictions with Blueshift but I'm confident it would be minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growth and retention - it powers our email and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
I think as a customer data platform it is becoming better with AI integration and is simple and easy to use. Great update of features and works well for our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it needs more investment into customer profiling and advanced segmentation which is how other competitors really have the advantage e.g. klaviyo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with our Customer platform and I would be interested to know how we can further leverage that especially in the future and the limitations with tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to connect all your data, and also create journeys with all your comunications channels and everything in the same platform. You can create segments easily and launch the campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new way to create segments (photon) is not as complete as the classic version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the emailmarketing is solved with blueshift, also connect all the online and offline behaviour.

What do you like best about the product?
The consumer segmentation and how in depth we really can get with our targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something I dislike about Blueshift it would be dashboard for reporting. Maybe a little more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous email platform was lacking in the customer data area, but Blueshift has brought the best of both worlds.
