Robust marketing automation powered by AI
What do you like best about the product?
With Blueshift, it is easy to create complex multichannel journeys from the very first days you start using it. Their segmentation function gives the user a lot of flexibility to build audiences based on behavioral data and many other data points. Their customer support is quick, and the whole team, from Data scientists to engineers has been really responsive to address any issue or customization needed from us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our campaigns target over 20 markets in 12 different languages. Blueshift did not have an out of box solution to make the set up of these campaigns scalable, so there is room for improvement in this area. I need to highlight though that they have worked very closely with us to address this and other challenges in a fast and efficient way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to engage with our customer at the right time, on the right channel, with the right message. Blueshift AI powered platform is crucial to achieve this ambition.
Data Activation Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift has provided us with a robust data activation platform to track onsite user activity married with customer purchase activity allowing us to truly achieve 1:1 personalization. The capabilities of the platform have far exceeded our expectations. The implementation team has gone above and beyond to ensure we extract maximum value from our investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have been very pleased with the platform.

Best marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best CRM management tool as well as marketing automation platforms. Creation a new email template, customization of email templates is very easy for the user. I am using this tool for the last 2.5 years, love the customization features. This tool provides many to build email templates also automate email campaigns which are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't login on multiple systems with one login credentials simultaneously. The responsive feature did not work while writing HTML in its editor. Otherwise, have nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift automates the campaign setup which is difficult to execute manually from time to time.
I hated email marketing until Blueshift
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send hyper-personalized content based on user attributes, behaviors, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we aren't an ecommerce brand, the reporting capabilities aren't quite what we need. I can always get the data I want, but it just takes some Excel work. However, Blueshift is currently working on an enhanced, custom reporting dashboard for us to alleviate this busywork.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the number of campaigns sent while increasing personalization. We've seen drastic improvement in open and CTR rates, and our increased engagement has positively impacted the bottom line.
Great multichannel marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift has been an amazing partner for our company, their multi-channel campaign management platform has allowed us to precisely target customers across Email, Push and SMS while improving KPIs through streamlined A/B testing and data analysis. With the addition of In-app messaging, we can now complete our cross-channel marketing efforts through Blueshift's amazing UI. Blueshifts In-app messaging platform will surely outperform any solution we could have created in-house and allow us to sync and automate all of our marketing efforts on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Blueshift has been continuously addressing all of my "dislikes". The recent addition of In-app messaging was my companies biggest need and Blueshift has created an amazing platform to operate with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a mobile first company, we are always searching for cost efficient solutions with good ROI. We have slowly integrated most of Blueshifts marketing automation channels into our marketing stack. Having most of our major channels operating through Blueshift has reduced costs across the board and allows us to fine tune our marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create email triggers, get technical and create campaigns based on events and customer behavior. I like the support blueshift provides in letting us test new ideas and put together emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to use and understand the recommendation system.

We are using it to solve problems in our product, we realize how much data and automation we can use in blueshift.

A great platform to manage your customer/user base. Ability to be marketing-friendly with a good mix of the ability to be technical.
Great tool for technical marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Blueshift is user-friendly for marketing teams. I have a team of 3 that are pretty self-sufficient within the tool. I also like that Blueshift connects to a lot of third parties (social platforms, NPS platforms, slack, etc). Their account services team is some of the most responsive groups of CS professionals I have ever worked with and I know that after I sen an email if I need them they will respond almost immediately if not within an hour or so. Some products I've used have a very long response queue
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be technically challenging at times but they do have a great client services team that can walk you through anything that is out of your technical abilities. As I also mentioned above, they also have an extremely responsive team which also helps with the technical challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were really looking to Blueshift to help us with our recommendation engine and empowering our marketing team to build real-time triggers. We are able to do a lot of technical things that would normally require a technical resource on our own - which saves the company time, money and resources. We are also excited to launch our NPS survey through one of the cloud apps that Blueshift partners with!

What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities of Blueshift are great as far as using predictive segment for our users. We are able to develop thoughtful approaches to our email & retention strategy that other email platforms never reached.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user interface is a little difficult to manage and missing a few features that would be helpful for non-technical marketers. However, they take their customer feedback very seriously and are always updating us on the progress of our product requests!

I love that this tool enables most technical marketers to do some pretty advanced things.
I also love that the support and client services team are very responsive and get back you you pretty quickly.
They also always take our feedback and improve their product with our feedback! This is great that they do this and really shows that they care about what we think and to make it better for us every day.

Sometimes it requires a little too technical knowledge to build complex things compared to other tools in the space.
Liquid language is a must-know for this tool and to be able to use dynamic content.
I would love more advanced training if possible.

Automation, job alerts, triggered emails. Email reporting, we do it all in Blueshift!
