A great platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very user friendly tool for marketers! Very easy to use and we have access to a lot of data. The team we've been working with during the migration are also great! They're knowledgeable, supportive and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load the dashboard and report, but not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified customer profile, segmentation and automation.

Blueshift is a fantastic platform that comes with amazing client care
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to learn and onboarding new employees is a relatively quick affair.
Building email journeys is a straightforward process that alows you to build truly dynamic and tailored experiences for your customers.
Blueshift support is always quick to help with any issues. We're also able to submit featured requests- which has been a massive plus for us over the years.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. Any issues I've had within Blueshift were quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers have a diverse range of needs, so building out a compelling customer experience within email is a challenging process. Blueshift gives us the ability to build out journeys, segments, and conduct A/B testing quickly and effectively. We can put our customers under a magnifying glass, better understand their needs, and build journeys that improve their experience and provide them with the right products. All in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The client experiencde is absolutely fantastic. BS was easy to learn, the training and tutorials were super helpful. The platform itself offers everything needed and more. Customer service has been great anytime I have needed to reach out. LOVE the AI features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to navigate at times, otherwise no huge complaints

Blueshift allows me to have an effortless and foolproof process for managing customers and building+ delivering automated marketing communications.
User Friendly! Makes my day workable
What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift is user friendly and has pretty much everything I need to complete my job. I use Blueshift every day and it is a general part of my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I just need a dark mode! The program itself works very very well but the white background kills my eyes. Besides that BS is awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BS streamlines my entire day. I had used MailChimp before and found myself at a loss for data tracking. BS solves so many of those issues.
Solid CRM Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Having the data for all historic campaigns as well as the ability to create personalized dashboardsa and reports makes it easy to analyze performance to drive decision making. The advanced subscriber segmentation is easy to utilize, providing our customers with a personalized experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the volume of campaigns and assets added within the CDP, it is often slow to load campaign data and image uploading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift allows us to centralize our suscriber data for both text and email across all state markets. Allowing for integration with SpringBig for MMS marketing. We are also able to strategize campaigns based on subscriber behavior.
Helpful and responsive support team make using Blueshift a joy!
What do you like best about the product?
We have a great account/success manager who's always listening to our problems and our needs when we have our regular check-in meetings. We use Blueshift multiple times a day to run our email campaigns, and we make extensive use of their AI and recommendation features. We were also able to integrate Blueshift with our own internal systems fairly easily. The built-in WYSIWIG editor (Bee Editor) is also easier to use than coding emails from scratch, which makes things much easier for our email team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major downsides are mostly around interface/UI polish. There are some visual bugs in the editor, but they are not showstoppers. The learning curve is also somewhat steep, but there are learning resources to help you figure out where everything is and how everything works. Some of the built-in features are also relatively opaque, such as recommendation/AI/affinity algorithms. It would be nice to get some more transparency into how those things work. On the plus side, Blueshift's staff has always been responsive and willing to chat with us and explain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift is enabling our non-techy teams to build and launch sophisticated marketing campaigns and journeys quickly, which frees up time and resources for use elsewhere. We no longer need dedicated developers to build emails or build out journeys, and we can onboard a new employee and have them using Blueshift in a matter of days.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was having issues with targetting specific audiences and bueshift helped me over come these issues by making highly accurate targeting messages that helped me reach the udience I was looking for, in short its just a must have!

In addition, Blueshift's predictive intelligence and automation capabilities enable marketers to engage customers in real-time with relevant content, which can improve the customer experience and drive conversions. Its analytics also make it easier to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Complexity: For small or under-resourced companies, the complexity of some processes can be overwhelming.
Cost: The price of integration can be off-putting, as it is still a new and unfamiliar tool. This can condition certain companies.
Learning curve: Especially for customers who need to make a switch from one tool to another, or are new to CDP and automation tools, it can be overwhelming and impractical.
Customization: While there are many off-the-shelf templates, it may not be as flexible for certain niches, who need certain campaigns based on their data.

One thing I like is its ability to ability to handle data, which allows for advanced personalization and segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the legacy features can be difficult to grasp. They seem outdated, locked down and no longer maintained. Additionally, the reporting can be a bit limiting compared to other tools I've used

Blueshift works well to keep our CRM data in one place(of course with help of our teams), so we might build scalable automations and on demand communications.
