Easy to use and lots of analytics

What do you like best about the product?
The option to segment your database in very specific groups, then use those groups for sending them email newsletters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email creation interface could be more modern and the process of scheduling push notifications could be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation is perfect, analytics very helpful, automation part very needed.

The length of time it takes to schedule a push notification campaign.

As a company, we have managed to grow and learn through remarketing emails and push notifications.

Great tool for creating personalized messages

What do you like best about the product?
Personalization tools such as hour affinity send-times, algorithms, and conditional content helps me craft better messages for our users. There is also a training academy to help new users onboard to the platform and learn the ins and outs. This is extremely helpful for onboarding staff who will be regularly using Blueshift. There are also several ways to contact support in case problems arise, and they are generally very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be confusing at times, particularly when creating advanced segments for campaigns. This makes training on Blueshift difficult as it takes a while to explain where to find everything and how to accomplish various tasks. Hopefully, the interface is updated soon and that can address some of these issues. While the support staff is by and large extremely helpful, there are a few agents who are difficult to work with and it can take a while to get answers (or users are blamed for issues that are on the Blueshift side).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Blueshift to refine and explore new ways to provide customers with more personalized experiences so they can better use their membership. We've found a lot of benefits with personalized content for users and ways to tailor messages to their preferences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the Blueshift Academy Training Course. It is very helpful with learning the platform and understanding ways that Blueshift can be used to build a robust marketing program.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can configure the new templates or set up a new Campaign. Also, I love the number of options I get while creating a new Segment.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we have to make changes in every email template , then the pagination doesn't work fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send our marketing mails using Blueshift and we have observed an increase in conversation ratio after we started using Blueshift.

The best product for data-driven cross channel marketers

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the product is to use with its very robust feature set. This is one of the few products on the market that was purpose-built to be cross channel from the start. All of their competitors started out as email only or mobile only and have added channels along the way. I also love the modern aspects of the platform that other vendors are struggling to add. Things like in product Predictive Models for marketers, robust easy to use segmentation builder, and the 1:1 recommendation studio.

Customer Success and Support is great. Unlike its competitors, Blueshift has a very stable platform that experiences almost no downtime. Both teams have very experienced people that are knowledgeable about Blueshift, but also other important integrated products like Segment, Twilio, and mParticle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Predictive Model Studio was more self-service. However, I believe this is on the near term roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift is best for companies that want to leverage large amounts of first-party data for sophisticated business models and data. It works well for both large and small teams, but users will be happiest if they are trying to move beyond simple abandonment and engagement use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and has a great UI. It helps in sending the emails efficiently. The creation of segments is great. Very easy to automate emails using this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to send emails to all the users we upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a part of Student Services and use blueshift to ensure student success.

The UI is complex, the tool requires a lot of hands-on-experience, making it not so user friendly.

Great Automation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation possibilities are huge, with Blueshift I can do almost everything that I want in segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Blueshift had a better data visualization tool. It's not so good to understand my data in the plataform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Blueshift to create automation campaigns for acquisition and engagement of our students. We want to have bigger results with less effort, via email, SMS, browser push notification and integrations with Facebook and Google Ads to maximize our results in different channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If we need a great marketing automation tool, Blueshift is a good choice, but if you need other features like landing pages (like HubSpot or SharpSpring) is not the right tool.
