Robust Campaign Builder with Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
Creating campaign journeys is a very intuitive process that includes all the features you need (omnichannel, using filters, time optimization, a/b testing features, and more...) The visual layout while creating journeys is my favorite part. Customer support is always very responsive and responds typically within a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting and integrating with some outside apps costs an extra subscription fee and it isn't entirely clear which apps cost more money and which ones don't. Not a huge dislike but just something to note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift helps us to better segment our customers to ensure timely and correct communications are going out. This benefits us by engaging with our best customers and maximizing their value as well as retaining customers who may be about to churn.
A strong partnership
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of segmentation – Provide multiple options to form segments, dissect our lists and customer activity and look at niche segments. This is a step above other existing tools in the market
Reporting is intuitive and advanced. One can select from a range of parameters.
Onboarding was smooth, troubleshooting was good and prompt
Interface is clean and intuitive
Documentations were simple and have helped our tech team install various new events and API calls on our websites
Email builder/Creative Studio is easy and intuitive
Self-learning was not too complicated as compared to other existing tools in the market
Blueshift team has been quick to reply to queries, connect us with relevant people, even those who have been in IST
We now have a cleaner list as our bounces have substantially reduced, our deliverability has improved massively as well

We have been just using it to send mass emails - other features like ‘Syndication’ aren't working for us. The Blueshift team has taken more than due time to solve this issue for us.

Its helping us in our email marketing campaigns. The deliverability of our newsletters has improved. Segmentation also allows us to make campaigns more targetted.

What do you like best about the product?
A simple and powerful tool that is intuitive to use. When doing more complicated work, the support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation tools could potentially be better, such as adding SQL queries or other tools

Engaging and interacting with customers using cross channel campaigns and AI recoomendations

What do you like best about the product?
The creative freedom that blueshift allows when creating emails with html.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building segments is a little complex and could be simplified. And, the analytics side isn't as informative as I would like regarding revenue tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueshift is helping me find out which CTAs our customers prefer by a/b testing

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift has exceptional capabilities for messaging, audience targeting, and sophisticated campaign creation
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like certain features or functionality is missing. For example, subject line testing is more difficult than it should be, because if you do an SL test on a branch, you can no longer do an entire creative test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have accepted some feature requests that improve campaign functionality and automation. Their new feature to filter based on events in segment-triggered campaigns is very useful and helps us create smarter campaigns
Great CDP for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
You can create single user profiles integrating data from different sources to later activate those profiles. Easy to integrate, we use Google Tag Manager. Creating campaigns is simple and intuitive. Segments are powerful to trigger campaigns for different users. Recommendations are very accurate and creative studios work very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website recommendations and images still require the cooperation of Blueshift team to make them work but we were informed that this will be solved in September 2022.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating one to one personal recommendations with ecommerce customers to be more relevant and increase conversion rate and overall conversions. We've seen a sharp increase in conversion of one to one messages.
A great tool that make the difference
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of the tool and also the possibility to create emails with a wysiwyg interface
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we can't see who is the last person to modify the template, we always see the creator.

As a designer i have access to the html and can do some modifications by myself

It really helps us scale our lead generation and optimization. I love Blueshift's UI.

Blueshift doesn't have native integration with all the major tools.

Lead generation and increasing our funnel conversion is one of the key features that Blueshift possesses and it really helps us to scale our website conversion.
A great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to see the history of emails and delivery status, that the other platform does not show.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am checking the history of emails, if I click to come back it does not come back to the list and we have to search again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to understand what is the customer issue in regards to the e-mails delivery, so we can find a solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend using Blueshift.
The blueshift platform is very easy to use and has integrated with our gohealth data very easily.

A feature of being able to move a sandbox journey to production without having to rebuild the entire journey is something that I would love

The difficulty in linking multiple events to one person. Blueshift has been able to integrate with many of our other databases and platform.
