Unified data and delivery makes an easy sell when it comes to making change
What do you like best about the product?
mParticle is allowing us to drive massive changes in our business, whilst also helping us unify our tech stack. By having mParticle deployed across multiple brands, we immediately have a unified schema which we can draw understanding from. This is feeding into all understanding of customer flow, as we are now able to compare user events from various brands and have parity.
Additionally, we've been able to use mParticle as the standard method of delivering data to endpoints across the business. Championing this means we have to unify our data schema, and ensure that all data is delivered in a uniform way to platforms. Not only does this help deliver projects on time, it means we are able to quickly identify base requirements, and approach how we deliver them in a uniform fashion
Finally, mParticle's approach to open API services means we are able to create custom connections with ease. Whilst the directory is pretty huge, there are still gaps, but we're able to easily send custom data using services like Google Pubsub or Amazon SQS

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the holes in the integration directory are pretty big. In particular, not having a native connection to Salesforce Service cloud. Additionally, there is no real way to explore what is being sent to your connected platforms in platform, meaning that anything that goes wrong with your connections can end up being a support request

Collecting identity and user activity across multiple brands. Delivering a standard schema for product and user data which we're able to utilise in analytics. Delivering ecommerce and offline sales data for CAPI projects. Spearheading our move to server side event forwarding

Great Customer data platform
What do you like best about the product?
Our team have found mParticle very easy to use and the customer success and professional services team great and very helpful

There is nothing in particular that we dislike

mParticle is a great platform, it really help us target the precise audience across different platforms

We need mParticle to integrate with LinkedIn Ads for our B2B business

It let us have all the audiences in one place, be complaint with the users privacy and easily connect our users to the ad platforms
Very user friendly, intuitive, great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly, it allows to have a unique and consolidated view of the data across our different toutchpoints. It's easy to integrate and the customer support is great and proactive
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate to have more touchpoints to understand how other clients are usign mParticle and which areas we are not exploring. I'd like to fully valorize the investment markets are making
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we had was the ability to have a unique user profile, as in the different touchpoints we had different information being collected. At the same time, having a "point of trust" becomes relevant

The group tries to understand and adapt a solution that satisfies the client's need

The language barrier in specific meetings has been a bit complicated, but there has always been someone who supports us on behalf of the mparticle team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mParticle is receiving the interaction events with the application and this helps us to manage the information

Their services offered are valuable to our business in order to launch strategic marketing campaigns.

We've had some technical issues with our account to not be fully set up yet

Allowing us to utilize our first party data in our campaigns
Great CDP, It just works
What do you like best about the product?
With Mparticle you can have all your customer data in one place. The planning allows you to map the attributes and events that will unlock your marketing campaigns. Also the data validation is a great feature. Its a great tool for companies with low data resources that want to activate their data.
What do you dislike about the product?
More Developer focus tools to map attributes, validation, etc with Infrastructure as Code, to make sure there are some data contracts in place. Sync from the Data Warehouse. I think that feature is coming soon,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to ingest customer data and first party behavioural events is the key feature. Also the downstream sync capabilities with lots of built in destinations available.
Indicative is a useful tool that I use mostly to compare user behavior across different treatments
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the tool is like drag and drop sql, which makes it very easy to analyze user segment and funnels without having to write code. The ability to choose different segmentation and funnel types is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to analyze funnels/cvr rates over time. I think the donut visualization is not as intuitive as the bar chart view to see cvr rates/dropoffs. The run time is also quite long compared (+10 sec or so) to some other tools I've used, but that optimization may need to be done on our end not necessarily indicative's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On certain pages, what are the most popular user actions and how do they convert to business metrics. How does user behavior change when we run a/b tests; are they in line with what we meant to drive with our hypothesis?
Simple interface, great insights
What do you like best about the product?
I think the presentation of data is the best feature, as it makes complex data less daunting to wade through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still think there's a steep learning curve in understanding all parts of the data. Probably more help, or auto insights would be good for beginners.

We can actually see our user dropoff rate and drill down into reasons why.
