Little slow but easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Event segment flow and user's step by step event journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Take a lot of time to check segments or user id.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us better understand user behaviour and any funnel that is breaking and causing user dropoff.

It's giving great analytical and data insights that we never had access to before.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent Account Team that takes time to understand and resolve the issues with the client. Good Product overall, has a lot of inbuilt connectors to move the data in and out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?

mParticle is helping with real-time use cases within the organization as the data comes to mParticle in real-time and can help orchestrate marketing campaigns easily.

The easy way to build a board and access information.

Maybe the missing feature to union the events by another property beyond the user_id property

I can give you four tools that are very important to our analysis:

What do you dislike about the product?
I came across two situations that disappointed me, that are:
1. Can`t upload an external csv/file to cross data inside other information inside Indicative - In fact, we tried to contact support and doesn`t work.
2. Is a bit difficult to read/analyze a user data table from some of the features inside Indicative.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two majore objetives:
1. investigating our Customer journey and some gaps/insights in our product.
2. to provide data and information to our company encouraging our data driven decision culture.

Good overview of data + trends
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get high-level overview of users' behavior and conversion actions. Easy to manage data.
What do you dislike about the product?
If working with Segment data, the integration does automatically expose all data in the right way / in the most user-friendly way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to draw conversion funnels for users who login halfway through the journey and link anonymous and identified users.
Very powerful tool, but you have to know how to use it
What do you like best about the product?
How configurable everything is. It's relatively easy to know how to create a funnel, understand user journeys and follow up on the insights that came out of the graphic.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it's a little difficult to understand the difference between the types of visualizations that you can create. Maybe it's better if you have a generic creator and then go from there according to your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly mapping events chronologically. We could do a manual SQL analysis on all these but Indicative makes it so much faster, and the customization aspect is definitely more than good enough.
One of the best customer experiences when it comes to creating useful metrics and dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
Indicative is very intuitive as a product. It makes it easier for non--developers' profiles to create useful dashboards, as long as they know their data well.
The data is easily understandable and there are a lot of different types of charts to choose from. One of the most interesting features is the possibility to compare periods and understand evolution.
The funnel functionality is prety well implemented and it's quick to setup and evaluate a journey.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customization in metrics. It's not possible to choose colours or even to define "chart" types when using multiple sources.
It would be beneficial to be able to add an extra axis to a metric so that data could be displayed in two separate referrals.
So even though there is a wide variety to choose from, there's no possibility to customize the way data is displayed. This means that sometimes we need to create two separate graphics to show what's intended, which taking into account the limitation of the number of shared graphics/dashboards per account can lead to some frustration.

Indicative aims to give businesses the possibility to understand and improve user behaviours within the app.
The ease with which new data is added and new metrics are created allow for fast experimentation without a big overhead in changing what's already done.
This has helped us evaluate new features launched and quickly make business decisions regarding what paths to follow.

Indicative as second analysis tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. Whenever you want to create a funnel or simple breakdown, It's straightforward and intuitive. I could start using the tool without any prior training, which was unexpected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in the types of charts/types of cohorts. Also, I dislike the ability to filter things out when you try to map out customer journeys in the tool. In the same way as the 'reverse goal path' in the GA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indicative is our go-to tool for non-analyst people. Whenever someone needs to do a simple analysis, check certain events It's our primary choice. For the more in-depth analysis, we just use SQL.
Using it for Content Analysis than product analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I like the untraditional charts they have instead of the standard pie charts. Their graph, bubble-based funnel allows me to see the same set of data differently. I like it every day or when we do experiments. We do use other analytics for other purposes but we have not let the indicative let go. Our content marketing efforts and conversion rate them is viewed via the dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the get started page or the smaller fonts. Sometimes I try to zoom in them. The Get Started page can suddenly feel overwhelming. So i bookmarked my dashboard and go to the dashboard directly.
