What do you like best about the product?
The access to the data I need from anywhere is integral to managing a network. The interface is extremely usable, the cloud capabilities are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more features available. It also crashes more often than I would prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have access to data and information from my home office than I would have expected. It allows us to connect cars, roadways, solve connected vehicle problems.

Cisco is one of the best tool in the world of customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
This product provides the user the best weapon he can use in terms of saving and getting the information required in the world of customer service. It is user friendly and the system mechanics are very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
System error sometimes due to poor net connection. No problem at all once all connections are working well. Would be better if it will restore the disrupted activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can be assure that the information you saved will not be lostcand that you can retrieve it anytime and anywhere you like. Very helpful in the business as its making the work faster with accuracy.

you should a vendor agnostic support. so that we will more leverage to connect the possible devices.

The connected visibility of IoT devices like Environmental, temperature sensors connecting through industrial switches of Cisco with having visibility on Cisco Industrial manager gives us more granularity in network management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Scada system integration and OT security visibility to Cisco Cyber vision needs to be more open to integrate.

Earlier the management of IoT devices , troubleshooting was not up to the mark. With the help of IoT Cloud connect it became more easier and smoother.
