Great to connect to network, not the most optimal functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it allows connection to a network is great. This way, I don’t need to drive all the way to work just to accomplish one small task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Products such as Cisco cloud connect could always be faster and more user friendly. Often times, it takes me 10 minutes to connect. Other times, the icon doesn’t even show up in my toolbar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco IoT cloud connect allows me to access information that would otherwise not be available at my home. It saves me a lot of time in traffic, and gives me an ease of mind when I am home outside of work.

Alot of connect issues
What do you like best about the product?
That it allows me to access my job material at home
What do you dislike about the product?
How many times my server crashes saying not good enough internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to log in and Access multiple screens and systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work on server issues and amount of stability.

I love that I can open a computer on the network and pick up where I left off.

I don’t like that it logs me out after inactivity.

Being able to connect computers to each other through cloud.
