Amazing tool for receipt OCR
What do you like best about the product?
The UI was amazing, model accuracy and customer support really were the standouts for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few more support articles can be added on certain functionalities in the application, but overall the platform has been awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have transformed our manual processing and used the OCR for collecting and extracting data from invoices and receipts. Really helped with reducing error percentages from our manual processes.

Ease of Doing Business and Automating Manual Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
In comparison to other products offering similar services in the market, the Nanonets product is not only more economical, but also simplifies the job with a simple self explanatory process to read, and extract accurate data from our vendor invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a more flexible on-prem solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we had multiple levels of people reviewing invoices, (with occasional human errors) now that's replaced by tech.
Great IDP tool with some neat integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom data extraction models for specific document types. Our use case was limited to a set of internal documents that Nanonets learnt to identify and pull key data from. Nanonets was also instrumental in setting up an automated worklfow to pull the raw data, extract relevant data and ingest the same into our DB of coice.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were to nitpick - I would have preferred a slightly longer trial period by default. There was quite a lot to test with the workflow and integrations we required. But the team at Nanonets extended the trial on request - so that's alright.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an almost touchless workflow involving document data extraction. Last I checked, the automated workflow we set up with Nanonets was processing around 10k+ documents per month. The entire process of pulling raw info, extracting relevant data, and exporting that data to a database was seamless and accurate.
Nanonet is one of the most useful software I have used till date
What do you like best about the product?
Namowest is very user-friendly software that helps us make our work easy; its UI is very intuitive and very helpful for teamwork, and the accuracy level is too high and getting it at such a reasonable price is unbelievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was all excellent, but the visibility of the brand is very low as I got to know about this from one of my professor rest everything was excellent and I would advise anyone who needs to automate the data extraction procedure from numerous documents to use this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to know how AI can help us in procurement and as I am a student, it also helped in my project to extract any text from photos that contains handwritten writing in a variety of languages.
A must have automation tool for your organisation!
What do you like best about the product?
I did not have much experience with AI and model retraining before working on setting up Nanonets for my previous organization. The sales team simplified our doubts in the demo session and also later on in the process with great patience. Once I trained my first model, it was smooth sailing and the product accuracy has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few more how-to videos can be added on niche use cases, but apart from that, the entire experience has been remarkable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team was in charge of transitioning retail invoicing from a manual to an automated process and we chose Nanonets as our vendor. The project has been a great success and we've considerably cut down on the man-hours being wasted in the manual process earlier.
Great OCR with AP automation
What do you like best about the product?
The invoice parser is robust and accurate. It handled custom requirements pretty well and even worked great out of the box. Accuracy improvements happened routinely as the invoice parser kept learning from the invoices it ingested.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration to our ERP wasn't very straightforward - we had a few hiccups to begin with. Required considerable support from Nanonets. Not entirely sure whether the issue was with Nanonets or the ERP. Would have preferred a smoother integration setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completely doing away with manual AP activities like collecting and extracting data from invoices, POs, packing slips etc., matching the data across these document types, flagging mismatches and finally reconciling all the data in our accounting software. Quick vendor payment approvals.
Great help for accounts payable
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is one of the best in the field, ease of set up and model accuracies are amazing as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be better documentation on the Cancellation Policy, but besides this none. My team is really happy with the professionalism of their customer facing functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software has made our lives really easy when it comes to the workflow tool. All my team needs to do is to send a screenshot to the email linked to our model id, and that covers most of our work. Apart from the few validation exceptions raised here and there, the data goes straight back into our preferred integration software without any hassles
Really helpful OCR Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The software is really easy to use, UI is super intuitive and great for teams of all sizes and industries. The previous process was manual and error-prone, but after switching to Nanonets, we've conquered both of those issues. Additionally, we ended up saving a lot on the financial end by automating our processes, something we didn't even know was possible earlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product overall got my job done, and hence no complaints from my end. We got more problems solved than we initially thought of, hence the experience was nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We extract data from the hard copies of receipts to the digital mode for market analysis and generate insights. The process we had in place earlier fell short on a lot of parameters. After switching to Nanonets, we've seen a lot of those problems evaporate. The model works perfectly post-training, the customer success team makes sure that we get proper guidance wherever we've gotten stuck.
Nanonets is for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user friendly platform which provides the best tools to develop programs and is optimzied to give results. It not only provides us with a great UI but also the help provided is very prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real features which you would dislike and very difficult to find flaws in the system

Nanonets gives us with one of the BEST OCR's out there and the text recognition platform is very easy to use. Yes it has clearly increased my productivity
Amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Nanonets is that it is able to read documents and extract data with almost 95% accuracy. The process gets a lot faster. And getting these services and technology at such a low cost is just unbelievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would highly recommend using Nanonets as I did not dislike anything on this platform. One thing that can be improved is the time taken to show the results. Sometimes it ends up taking a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To automate the manual entering of invoice data, I used Nanonets. My lecturer recommended the software to me. I scanned different invoice fields in order to classify and save the data. This would enable me to learn more about sales and other information, such as the products that are in great demand during a particular season.
