Nanonets is a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
Nanonets' user experience is excellent; I think people from all tech levels would love using it. It is easy to customize, it is perfect to use for handwritten forms (which we get a lot of at our organization), and I haven't seen software capturing handwritten text the way Nanonets does. You're able to train the AI on a customized model, and it has proven to be invaluable for time management and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handwriting is often very irregular, and I think it would be good to set parameters for specific fields so the software can process everything there. However, this may be due to a lack of training in the model in the free option.. we will find out when we start the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to automate the way we process all the handwritten forms we receive from our donors. So far, it has been one person typing in all the info into the CRM. Nanonets has already saved us a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Nanonets will make a massive difference in how many organizations work (especially non-profits where there is a lot of time to be gained back from using Nanonets OCR software. It's a great way to be responsible with donor money and well worth the investment.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly flexible and intuitive product with great quality, even with lower volume of training data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core product is stable and good, a lot of features are still under development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm processing invoices. Nanonets pre-trained models are gold.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how effortless this program is, how efficient and accurate. It saved me countless hours of manual copying and pasting.

I seriously wish I had known about this when I started my last project.

What benefits me the most is the automated data extraction of critical areas on any given notice(s).

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing team. Responded to all of our questions/training needs. Assisted us with our zapier integration and have continued to help us troubleshoot if there ever (rarely) are issues. 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a small learning curve but the team did a great job explaining how it worked and any time there have been issues, they have been resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used OCR to pull data from our medical forms so that we can create data sets for our marketing platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I did the valuation on behalf of my client!
The system can be calibrated to recognise information from any document type. It takes about 60 minutes to calibrate and you can start reading these documents automatically!

Benefits: increase productivity, cost saving, better data quality!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is to utilize the extensive support of the solution team!
My valuation was a contract onboarding use case for a life insurance company with the scan an futher processing of the data in MakLogic's DataHub.
The Nanonets product is a huge time and cost safer!
My advise would be: consider the product an services for bulk scan of document data for further processing in NoSQL document databases!

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless 2-way integration with multiple accounting software. Great accuracy. We compared multiple systems, but found that they had the best results on any invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, it works pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AP Automation was the problem I was solving for. It was a breeze. We've automated AP data entry by about 90%. My team has more time to do other stuff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't worry about the accuracy of the results, I've tested many products, and they were the best by far. Pricing is also very reasonable.

Good results with only little effort

What do you like best about the product?
I was presented an intuitive web interface to create an AI-powered model which extracts the information that I need from lots of old scan data.
It took me half an hour to tell the AI what I wanted to know. Some minutes after I submitted some of my scans I got an E-Mail telling me that they were processed. The results were amazingly precise.
Their customer support helped me to refine the model so the fields that were sometimes not to my liking now yield seemingly perfect accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
To make the model good I had to read up about some topics. Maybe I should have contacted the kind support right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have some archival data in printed form. More often than not we need to look through many folders to find some information we need. Scanning it was not a problem.
When our intern extracted the key information into a database there were many problems. Our printers OCR sometimes had wrong information in the copy and paste, pdftotext was not regex'able..
With this approach the machine does the job and we need to only spend few hours in approving the digitized data
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with the customer support rather than only the web interface.
