What do you like best about the product?
Easy organization and display of user compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use more ways to customize and control variables of users. Like being able to remove them from an email ban list the system put them on that you didn't know about. You should be made aware of and be able to control that list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is helping us prepare for our first audits with Policies and making it easy for our staff to meet compliance requirements.
ISO 27001 compliance made easy with Drata
What do you like best about the product?
Getting started is easy with the step by step guide and the online help as well as the assistance from a consultant. The tool is well structured to navigate and the integrations with AWS, Google Workspace, GitHub are awesome. The pre-mapping of the policies and the controls let you focus on your compliance level quickly instead of spending time studying the standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The work to define and write all the policies is still a big part of the work you need to go through. Even if there are templates, I feel I am still on my own, but I guess that's something you have to do no matter what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports your organization efficiently to go towards security compliance.
Invaluable Compliance Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Drata provides an intuitive platform that simplifies the process for businesses to achieve and maintain certifications like SOC 2, minimizing the time and effort required to stay compliant.
Our compliance and security team uses Drata daily to react to alerts and build out additional controls with monitoring for additional frameworks the company requires.
Drata requires some setup but they provide excellent documentation on the steps required.
Support has always been helpful and quick.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like additional integrations for all products and additional options in the integrations I have to simplify the configuration my IT has to perform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata delivers precise, real-time insights into our compliance status, enabling us to consistently meet security standards. With its automation capabilities, it streamlines the compliance process, saving time and minimizing the potential for errors.
SOC 2 Compliance made easy (or at least easier)

Organizes process to assure that all policies and procedures are in place

It's a fairly complex platform, so it is essential to get help getting oriented at the outset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise customers are looking for quick validation that we have a secure SAAS platform. Getting to SOC 2 compliance quickly was essential. Drata has been a key tool to get us there more efficiently and effectively with expert support along the way.
Great support. They helped me in a reasonable scope of time. And the support was very polite.
What do you like best about the product?
Is an exelent tool and makes my certification easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a few automations that don't work as they should (but i understand that is complicated integrate with every solution and his updates)

Drata is helping me to sumarize and centralice all my security information to comply SOC2 and ISO 270001

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, easy implmentation, easy integration, and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing a connection to out ITSM for ticketing. I have to admit our ticketing system isn't in the top 20. So I am not shocked.

Single pane of glass for GRC. Reduces cost of annual audits. Single repositiry for evidence and policies, etc. Vendor security questionnaire automation.

The custom requests are outside the main platform. It's kinda hard on the part of the auditor since it would take time to go on the custom request

The system is very user friendly, the help articles are a daily go to for us and the continued support from Ben Chau our Customer Success Manager definetly makes a huge difference.

Lack of Business Conitnuity and Contract Management features & functionality, force us to use other non integrated tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralization of internal monitoring and controls as well as stremlining and simplifying PCI and ISO readiness.

What do you like best about the product?
The cleanest automated compliance platform around. We undergo many audits and between the dashboard and controls, it's so much easier to set tasks and follow audit progress.

Does not track individual KB4 trainings well. No AML features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PCI and HIPAA compliance. HR personnel compliance. Vendor Security questionnaires.
An amazing ISMS solution that meets our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Drata provides a clear dashboard view of the frameworks we work towards, clear connections to controls, the capabilities of ownership and maintenance of our ISMS and risk management.
The supplier management section is also super helpful!
Implementation was easy and using the connections and integrations we were set up and running within two weeks.
The ability to be part of the roadmap and feedback to Drata using customer support really makes you feel part of a family.
When I log on to our system, Drata is one of the first applications I open and it stays with me all day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Drata for me personally, is that it is that efficient, the moment any part of ISMS falls out of review I see the percentage score drop and this messes with my OCD!

Single source of truth for our ISMS - this means all evidence is streamlined into one excellent platform.
This is making meetings easier and management of our ISMS and risk management much more time-efficient.
