User-friendly platform enabling GRC automation
What do you like best about the product?
Drata offers an interface that is very intuitive and that reduces the implementation and operation workload. The range of available features matches the scope of a SOC2 or GRC program that a small or medium entreprise typically needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audit hub module in Drata requires improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizes the GRC activities, evidence and collaboration efforts, I also like the various automation functions Drata comes with.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides most certainly are making it way more easier for us to stay compliant with numerous frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA etc. It makes it easy to keep track of all the controls, tests that remind us of failed controls but also tasks that provide a reminder of upcoming taks that will have to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from a few minor issues and bugs that appear on some occasions, not much I can point out. It's been working flawless so far.

Superior Care, Flexibility and Knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Drata for a couple of years now, but we had a third party managing it until the beginning of this month. Within my first 2 weeks, I was reached out to in order to set up an introductory call concerning our service, renewal, questions, and concerns and even reached out to support for a couple of questions I had regarding a vendor. They handled every question I had with clarity and tons of resources! Would absolutely recommend Drata to anyone looking for help with their compliance- the platform is very easy to navigate once you understand where things are...almost tracks itself. Thanks to them we achieved our SOC 2 Type II audit with flying colors and no exceptions!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! My only hang-up is knowing when to treat a contractor as a contractor or a vendor (if they work for a company) and how to decide which is best, but my support agents helped me immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new IS Manager, Drata helps me stay on track and know EXACTLY what needs to be done. As mentioned before, thanks to Drata we passed our last audit with no exceptions!

What do you like best about the product?
Drata's product solves a lot of our compliance problems in a very neat and efficient way, from helpful dashboards and monitoring systems to the audit support itself. The customer success teams are also very helpful, quickly available, friendly, and caring.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my company we have to use outside tools to collect all the evidence for the audit, even though we also have it in Drata mapped to some controls, not all of it can be conveniently collected in one place with linear view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata helps us see where we are with our security compliance goals, as well as monitor and supervise employees' compliance with our policies, and guide us through the audit preparation.

What do you like best about the product?
It is optimal having access to all of the required functions in one place for Vendor Management, Customer Due Diligence, Trust Portal, Policy, Control Frameworks, and managing the certification process for compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not FedRAMP certified - need more integrations

Trust portal was first. Unifying evidence across controls is amazing.

The do such a good job of listening to the customer that its hard to identify negative aspects of Drata.
