Drata was able to get our SOC audit completed on-time with easy management and integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
We really liked the automated compliance monitoring of our hosted cloud environments for potentials threats and misconfigurations. With threats and their resolutions highlighted, it was easy to resolve security configurations.
Overall everything was easy to setup and go through on frequent basis.

What do you dislike about the product?
A couple features such as employees and their respective accounts were not in sync in the cloud environments due to little difficult way of configuring that option. Was able to get help from their support though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata makes it very easy to manage all controls of the SOC framework (in our case). Multiple integrations allow users to quickly identify loopholes in different environments. Drata also provides instructions on how to solve those issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata has been able to help us consolidate into one place all our security and compliance documentation and ensure we can track that we are continually meeting requirements, and share that documentation with current and prospective customers. This is a massive improvement on the various files, folders, wikis etc that we had before. Their customer facing trust page is great, and I particularly like the in-app chat with support (I had a lot of questions getting started). It was easy to set up integrations with our various systems too. I'm probably not using Drata as much as I was during set up but still find the system easy to use and to get what I need. Finally, they have been responsive in improving their platform with new product features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is probably only a couple of downsides that I've experienced with Drata but they are complaints around the margins. A two-way integration with our ticketing system would be great for autmatically creating tickets for failing tests. It would be nice to be able to download results of certain tests only into a separate report too. And finally at times I found it hard to find the relevant help article so found myself going to support perhaps more than I would have otherwise. It doesn't have an in-built questionnaire response tool, but does integrate with others

Great customer support, very responsive and honest response, constent improvements on the platform.

The platform is fairly young so there's a few features to iron out (policy editing notably).

Removed a lot of the headaches of knowing what to do, where to look for information and how to understand certain piece of regulation.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Drata for 3 years now and it has been amazing. I really like the automation and integration that it offers. On top, their support is amazing. I love that I can get answers instantly via chat

There are not much thing that I don't like but only thing is at time UI gets confusing to find the monitoring control from controls.

It saves lot of time especially if you are a startup where there are lots of thing and usually we don't get time to manage SOC2

What do you like best about the product?
Drata has completely automated our SOC 2 reporting process - and has turned a terribly complex process into one that is smooth, simple, and streamlined.
It's also plugs into so many different systems to track the status of our controls, which is a huge time save.

Drata is still a growing company and there are sometimes bugs (that are caught quickly and communicated that they are fixed). Drata's team is building fast and continues to make things more and more intuitive.

The DRATA application is very easy to use and provides adequate help to ensure that all compliance requirements are covered while preparing for a compliance audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular although at times even when the evidences are uploaded, the control does not show up as green. I think this has been fixed through the Evidence Library which surely makes things easier.

It is helping us prepare for the SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance audit. The tool and the team at DRATA have been awesome and supported us throughout our compliance journey,
Well-designed platform with outstanding customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service answers quickly and you can ask detailed questions about the so-called controls. This way you can quickly make sure that the evidence you provide is sufficient. In addition, you will often find additional information about the controls in the help centre. The policies are also provided by drata, which is probably the biggest time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to manually set controls to "ready", which means that some controls are already on readys even though no one has dealt with them yet. this makes it difficult to have a good overview of the current degree of fulfilment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to become SOC2 certified as soon as possible. Drata allows us to do this without a huge resource commitment.
Drata brought us great support and a very functional platform
What do you like best about the product?
The support team behind the Live chat is very responsive and knowledgeable. The success manager was excellent, very professional and always very helpful. The platform is functionally well-thought and easy to use.There is a lot of supporting documentation, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform still needs minor features to facilitate some tasks. However, there is an easy way to request adjustments to the team, which was very well managed from Drata's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata helped us to create, amend and organise all the documentation. It will be the organisation's place to go for Information Security documentation. The dashboard is a straightforward way to see the actual situation of the organisation regarding the I.S compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata simplifies enormously our compliance automation and overall process. Additionally, Drata's customer service has been very supportive and knowledgeable about all the questions and topics related to the security frameworks we are adopting.

one things i would like Drata to improve on is customized reporting when it comes to controls and requirements to comply with what auditors want to see.

Drata is solving the complexities of manual processes of compliance management for us. By automating most of these compliance processes it eliminates the tedious manual work related to the audit preparedness.
