What do you like best about the product?
The advantage of using Drata is having all security compliances and certification audits in one single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. Since we started using its all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would like to active SOC2 compliance and this Tool is help on the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata offers the best customer service I've ever experienced across both B2B SaaS and consumer products. Their audit / compliance experts are extremely helpful, responsive, and thoughtful in troubleshooting with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more integrations to keep everything in sync as well as better syncing across modules and tabs within the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is the compliance platform we use to ensure we consider and adhere to all of the requirements from various compliance frameworks.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata's core compliance automation capabilities and out of the box integrations are probably the most comprehensive. Being able to run risk Management program and turst center fetures only make it must have product!
What do you dislike about the product?
For tools/ SaaS for which currently there is no out of the box integration, it is still heavy lift to try to monitor them via Drata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes managing compliance program much more efficient and meaninful exercise due to variety of ways to report on continuous compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete Platform where you keep your required evidences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training for using this Platform is not proactive. Therefore it may confuse you to use this platform. So need to work on detail and extensive training on using each every section of DRATA proactively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving a one stop platform which is easier for Audit.

What do you like best about the product?
You can see and manage the whole picture about all GRC issues. You can easily manage all the requirements and control deficiencies in your IT environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly to say, nothing much to dislike about Drata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata enables us to see the whole picture about all of our IT environment. We can mitigate risks resulting from vulnerabilities and threats in our IT ecosystem. We can also use frameworks and we are able to see our compliance to relevant frameworks.
Drata is working great for VITALITY
What do you like best about the product?
Their already built policies were fantastic. They make my life easier to understand and fill out.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have every policy or standard that we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are going for SOC2 and ISO27001 Compliance. We are looking at using the custom templates for FedRamp

Ease of seeing the Controls Criteria matching up against our policies, evidence or monitoring tools.

Much easier to provide the Auditors required evidence via the Drata SaaS app.

Ease of use. Without a doubt, we had no issues in following through the platform and getting out systems onboarded quickly.

I think that some of the pricing and negotiation was a little confusing, but our process was rushed.

Drata gives real-time compliance metrics for maintaining a proper posture for SOC 2 and ISO27001 reporting.

Drata is working to improve its functionality whenever any errors or limitations are identified.

Maintaining transparency for any deficiencies that need to be remediated for SOC 2 and ISO27001 compliance.
