What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and user-friendly. Mapping between different systems is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of security and authentication protocols.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuous and seamless flow of data between the destination and source systems without hampering any existing processes.
Axway B2B integration is to IT, what broad sprectrum antibiotic is to the human body: Essential.
What do you like best about the product?
A bit of a learning curve, but once you're past the hurdle, Axway B2b Integration sports with a number of features that boast ease of implementation, in integration, to be able to help you seamlessly. I personally recommended Axway a fair number of times for different clients who needed quality customer support. And the best part is, the more they use it, the more satisfied they are with the product!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit dated, but it makes for it by the ease of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping keep top on customer demands. They used to have POs(Purchase order) from a japanese client that'd need to be desseminated and communicated over to 20 different types of businesses, with their own infrastructure, and approach to IT. The best way to solve it was for the order consolidator to have it seamless enough.
Wonderful product experience for C2 product signing and approval.
What do you like best about the product?
API based integration makes it easier for ordering channels to send C2 orders for signing and validation. Meets the performance needs, scallled to meet the order volumes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prodcut meets all the regulations required for C2 order. SaaS solution hosted in AWS cloud works faster with less operational issues but if we get to see the infrastructure performance metric, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seemless integration of EDI C2 orderflow. THousands of orders are processed daily using three Axway platoforms. Cardinal saves on prodcut support, infrastructure cost and it helps in priortizing resources better.

What do you dislike about the product?
Date filters in the Message tracker feature could be more intuitive and user should be able to select it's own timezone instead of fixed UTC.
User cannot see the limite number of saved message search available, until new saved searches override old ones. It is confusing if user wants to save over 20 custom searches.

Handling automated validation of Signed EDI orders from our partners using their DEA encrypted signature, making onboarding to CSO simpler to those kinds of partners

An important integration with a strategic partner

What do you like best about the product?
I have found the integration with other partners goes very smoothly and the Axway B2B system is reliable. Once we understood everything necessary within the system and started connecting with other systems, the file handling is fast and efficient. The UI is very responsive and well laid out.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a technical user, there are times where I would prefer to have access to more configurations so I could manage them myself. But I also understand that opens the system up to changes that could affect the system negatively. There are also times where it is difficult to understand what is causing an error but that takes time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Axway B2B Integration to handle our DSCSA needs by receiving ASNs and EPCIS data from upstream vendors and generating EPCIS data for our customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Axway B2B Integration is the relatively quick, real-time interface that provides the ability to access trading partner and transactional data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Axway B2B Integration can be quite cumbersome when trying to find specific configuration data or transactions. This seems to stem from inconsistencies in how trading partners can be configured, resulting in convoluted agreement lookups and confusing relationships. This software would benefit immensely from some smart, user-friendly, intuitive design enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Axway B2B Integration reliably handles all of our day-to-day trading partner communications and EDI translation needs, allowing us to focus our attention on ways to add value to the business.
Stable service and great account team
What do you like best about the product?
We receive good quality of service from Axway.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing options are based on a legacy approach with little flexibility. It only benefits Axway and privides no benefit to the customer. (I.e., we can increase our teirs, but cannot resduce.). It should be flexible based on need. Modern cloud solutions should allow you to pay for what you use, and flex as needed. Int he current approach, we are locked into paying for and additioanl 1.5 million transactions per month that we will not use.
Additonally, visibility into our metrics and trends are limited. It would be great to have some type of dashboarding, API connectivity, or means for exorting our data for more indepth reporting. Again, this capability should be commonplace in today's world.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outsourcing day to day administrations of our EDI environment. Our team can focus on new trading partners, projects, and new capabiities. Axway has maintained the expected level of service.
Great for Pharmaceutical Serialization
What do you like best about the product?
Typically seemless data transfers. Only seldomly do messages fail, and that is usually due to SSL certificate having expired, which is a quick fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I would specifically point out as disliking. There are always things that could be improved such as user friendliness of the Track and Trace platform.

Axway is our serialization provider solution and helps exchange data between packagers and distribution centers to meet DSCSA requirements.
