What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed and simplicity of the product tool. Easy to use and understand. Top of it it's an open source platform. Hardly these days such tools are available in open source with so many features and capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping and orchestration could be more improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the real time visibility issues in the implementation which I did for my client. There were many integration with lot of data exchange. I utilised Axway B2B integration along with MFT to carry out the integration.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface, easy to understand and get acquainted with its features. Cloud ready with open source platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Still in the phase of discovery, I haven't worked on other tools much. But find it good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use platform for continuous data exchange between various platforms for integrating with various source and legacy systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been into HR and utilising various ERP softwares like workday, oracle HCM cloud and there is a continuous need to integrate with various other systems and then I came across this open source tool axway b2b integration. It took me somewhile to understand it but later I found it really well thought of tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Continuous improvement and enhancement is ever going. Better error reporting and analytical capabilities can be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving integration needs with various other cloud related products during implementation for various clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I have utilised the Axway B2B integration platform during one of the project I was part of. Where we transformed one of their systems to with SAP and rest of the systems were kept intact and data needs to be integrated between other systems and SAP there B2B integration helped us a lot. It was really fast and easy to use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly everything was smooth and was as per what we needed. In the beginning we need to take sometime to understand how it works and utilise it's capabilities. There are minimal data losses happen. Also, log or error files generated could be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in communication and transfer of data in the real time between various systems enabling smooth functioning of day to day operations without losing any time or putting extra efforts.

Migration, because Migrating to Axway from another B2B integration solution or upgrading to newer versions of Axway’s products can be complex and may disrupt business operations if not managed carefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Businesses often deal with multiple partners using different communication protocols and data formats.
Solution: Axway supports a wide range of protocols (e.g., AS2, AS4, FTP, SFTP) and data formats (e.g., EDI, XML, JSON), allowing seamless integration with various partners.
Benefit: Simplifies partner interactions, reduces errors, and ensures consistency across communications.

What do you like best about the product?
A bit of a learning curve, but once you're past the hurdle, Axway B2b Integration sports with a number of features that boast ease of implementation, in integration, to be able to help you seamlessly. I personally recommended Axway a fair number of times for different clients who needed quality customer support. And the best part is, the more they use it, the more satisfied they are with the product!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit dated, but it makes for it by the ease of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping keep top on customer demands. They used to have POs(Purchase order) from a japanese client that'd need to be desseminated and communicated over to 20 different types of businesses, with their own infrastructure, and approach to IT. The best way to solve it was for the order consolidator to have it seamless enough.

What do you like best about the product?
API based integration makes it easier for ordering channels to send C2 orders for signing and validation. Meets the performance needs, scallled to meet the order volumes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prodcut meets all the regulations required for C2 order. SaaS solution hosted in AWS cloud works faster with less operational issues but if we get to see the infrastructure performance metric, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seemless integration of EDI C2 orderflow. THousands of orders are processed daily using three Axway platoforms. Cardinal saves on prodcut support, infrastructure cost and it helps in priortizing resources better.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows customization to accomodate different ordering channels business rules.
SaaS completely in the cloud, allows Disaster Recovery program and easy onboarding of new customers.

Open API, Registration and certification management and scalability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Date filters in the Message tracker feature could be more intuitive and user should be able to select it's own timezone instead of fixed UTC.

User cannot see the limite number of saved message search available, until new saved searches override old ones. It is confusing if user wants to save over 20 custom searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling automated validation of Signed EDI orders from our partners using their DEA encrypted signature, making onboarding to CSO simpler to those kinds of partners
