the ease of use and the sessions are precise and short, they make us aware of potential threats without taking to much time

it sends out "lessons" and can track who has completed the assigned lessons and sends emails letting us know if we are up todate on assinged lessons. this helsp educate employees on potential threats

What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf has been a great partner protecting our environment, But they have also looked for additional solutions to further protect us. They keep in touch with us making sure we are satisfied with the protection. This was easy to setup in our environment and we could get to use it right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem is that I did not start it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The MDR solution helps put an extra set of eyes protecting our environment from cyber incidents, including compromised accounts. They make sure if there are any changes to our environment that would put it in jeopardy.

Amazing toolset that is easy to use and understand. Plus, we have regular meetings with our team to understand how we can better harden our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is we that we have increased awareness so we now know what more work needs to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into our risks and suggestions to remediate them. It is also excellent at educating our user community about threats and how to avoid them.
Real-time threat detection has improved with comprehensive asset scanning
What is our primary use case?
One of the things it excels at is flagging vulnerabilities. It scans assets, evaluates the vulnerabilities, and assesses risk scores, focusing on high-risk areas.
It helps to maintain compliance within thirty, sixty, and ninety days as well as, informs us when an asset is out of compliance and the number of days is has been out of compliance. We have agents installed that constantly report back to us from all our data centers. For instance, Log4j and the IBM vulnerability are some issues we've were able to quickly mitigate.
What is most valuable?
Their asset scanning features are a game changer. The entire solution, especially their advanced threat protection recently released, are very effective in helping to mitigate corporate risks. The concierge team is excellent. The Arctic Wolf agents, which are constantly performing scans help to produce almost real-time reporting.
Threat detection is remarkable. Security is everyone's responsibility and Arctic Wolf does an excellent job ensuring the company is trained, sending out timely videos about industry happenings. Their educational materials are invaluable. The content they release is timely, and employee engagement is notably high.
What needs improvement?
The threat intelligence feature is expected to be a significant advantage. However, a section for software inventory and real-time comparison with current CVEs would be beneficial.
One can review an inventory of assets being scanned, including a software inventory along with CVE updates based on a company's software subscriptions, would be a game changer.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using Arctic Wolf for a couple of years now.

I would give customer service a ten out of ten.

How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was somewhat complex, once you set up your scanners and deploy the agents, there is mostly like additional configuration required. Labeling assets and identifying whether they are in production, test, or development is necessary, along with manual inputs. During onboarding, asset labeling tagging is crucial to avoid unknowns. We collaborated extensively with Arctic Wolf on configurations, many of which are integrated into recent product releases and updates to their dashboard. In the beginning we had ongoing meetings with the concierge team until we moved to a more scheduled cadence.
What was our ROI?
The services provided by Arctic Wolf are comprehensive. Their training materials and videos benefit the organization as a whole. While similar training is available from other companies, Arctic Wolf's offerings are timely and effective. Employee engagement is high, with a 96% viewing and participation rate for their training materials. The company has achieved strong cultural buy-in.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We have discussed their use of AI in learning modules; however, it is not yet heavily integrated into their decision-making processes. While AI may exist in the product to some extent, it does not perform the role of a security engineer.
What other advice do I have?
I highly recommend Arctic Wolf as they excel in ensuring the company is well-trained and updated on industry developments.
Overall, I rate them nine out of ten. Their security threat intelligence and timely security bulletins are excellent. They effectively promote a security-conscious culture, raising the bar for security and threat intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
That we, a small company. have access to the tools that Arctic Wolf provides, at an affordable price. We struggled with cybersecurity moniroring for years as it was always way too expensive. Arctic Wolf solved that problem for us! The products are always ecolving as well, it is not a static product suite!
What do you dislike about the product?
That i didn.t sign up with them earlier! I would like to see monitoring of AI events that take place at my company with more detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Artis Wolf we had little insight into the mounds of event data that we produced, we pretty much ignored it. As a regulated industry, this wasn't great. Now i have a trusted company looking at my logs and more. The reports from the data are well thought out and easy to ready and digest. Which makes it easy to share withthe board!

I like having a consistant CST team to work with. They get to know you but also have a broad range of experience to bring to the table.

When changing technology the telemetry back end of AI learning can be noisy,but managable.

It offsets the need of having siloed team members that can become stale and or set in their own ways. Broad range of talent and resource pool working on our account in real time.

Individual software-specific installs versions based on different OS like MAC and Windows, threat watches search filtering. Ease of use

The Uninstall process takes some time and is not very easy for a beginner. Some IT knowledge necessary

Unique AI Antivirus
What do you like best about the product?
It can depend on AI and on signatures also. Cybersecurity specialist help is greatful. Easy to use with their support help.

Sometimes endpoint has comunication errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Antiviruses that depend on signatures only. Signatures can be not updated and normal antivirus is useless for zero-day danger like unknow virus. Cylance is solving this problem because it depends on AI.
