What do you like best about the product?
Quick response, alwways on top of any anomalies, great reporting, excellent and useful statistics
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Arctic Wolf provides me with the assurane that someone is always protecting our institutional assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring our network and data center when we cannot being a nine to five shop

A true partnership
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use on the dashboard and having full control of our data. The seemless integration with Risk, Vulnerabilities and our assets. The implementation was extremely easy and did not disrupt and services. Customer support is very attentive, the weekly, monthly and quarterly calls are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to detect live traffic leaving the firewall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
24/7 montiroing, log retention, vulnerability management and assessments, asset managment
MDR that works
What do you like best about the product?
This is a Managed Detection Response service that gives you ease of mind that there is a while team responding to threats. No longer need to rely on a single person in your company to determine on how to handle detected threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some configuration work to be done. As well your company needs a well define security policies and procedures for various types of incidents. Arctic Wolf will not make security policies and procedures for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have capacity issues when it comes to security analysis and response. Arctic Wolf has filled in this gap for us. They have a whole team of actual humans working 24/7.

What do you like best about the product?
They are extremely knowledgeable and have been super helpful in every aspect along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I there is nothing that I can say I have not liked about Arctic Wolf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging Arctic Wolf as our SOC, as opposed to spinning up our own internal SOC. This allows for our entire network to be monitored 24x7 365 days a year. That would have been an extremely difficult and expensive thing to accomplish without Arctic Wolf.
Deceptive
What do you like best about the product?
They started off with good customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service continues to go downhill. Beware they add a 60 day renewal notice instead of the typical 30 day notice. If you don't give notice of cancelling any services before 60 days, you will automatically renew everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're required to have MDR for compliance reasons.
Great security tool to have in your toolbox
What do you like best about the product?
Collects all logs to monitor traffic. Has vulnerability scanning to show us where we currently have vulnerabilities to address. They send out any emails with new CVE's so you are informed of the issue and remediation quickly. We Also utilize for training employees. Great product and a must for NIST800-171 certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of to dislike. Does exactly what we were looking for in this type of logging and notification system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf is providing all of the training, inventory and real-time vulnerability scanning all in one place. Saves the time to do this manually on a schedule utilizing multiple tools. A must for NIST 800-171 certificaion.
Advanced Security
What do you like best about the product?
Automated Risk and Detection of both my internet traffic and my endpoints
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards for identified risks can take some time to resolve after the fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to AW, I thought I would need a security officer. This product saved an FTE and give better protection than a human
A Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like our Concierge Security Team the best. They're always keeping an eye out for things, helping us resolve issues, and they reach out anytime there are critical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to see your active feeds. You have to request the information from Arctic Wolf and then it comes in a CSV with minimal identifying information outside of an IP address. It would be helpful to be able to see the feeds, their status, and add some descriptions to them from the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solving the issue of having minimal staff at our organization with minimal cyber security training. It also helps us with logs without needing to setup and maintain complicated infrastructure.
Arctic Wolf
What do you like best about the product?
Feel very secure with AW monitoring pretty much all or our business functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the alerts are too much. Our Salesforce integration is mostly what I'm speaking of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alert us of any risks, primarily vulnerabilities for my role.

What do you like best about the product?
They are on top of all that ingress and egress with their sensors installed into our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been much if anything I would pick out as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly on brute force and / or email attempts from foreign countries that are on our Office 365
