What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the Glassbox is the Recorded sessions!! More specifickly the details about the sessions. All API errors and issues are captured so it is very simple to reproduce the issues. Have to give a shout out on GIA - it is has saved me so much time
What do you dislike about the product?
More and better customer facing trainings would be great and access to new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To see what is the issue customer has faced during their shopping experience

I love this tool as it allows me to help people very quickly and find any issues they have while the session is still happening

I would love more training on how to use and show us new features in the prodcut

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox offers great insights into customer actions which helps us understand on how customers interact with our application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a dark mode since sometimes I feel the screen is too bright. More training videos on how to filter session and all the amazing features would be helpful.

Insights on our customer sessions enable us to gie them a better experiance based on data and facts rather than guess work

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Glassbox is it offers powerful session replay and analytics tools that help pinpoint user pain points. The intuitive interface and real-time insights make it easy to optimize the user journey, while detailed heatmaps provide valuable data for enhancing overall website performance and user experience.

It would be great to be updated more frequently on new features in the tool

We mainly use Glassbox to replay member sessions, allowing us to identify and resolve user experience issues more efficiently. It helps us understand user behavior, troubleshoot problems, and optimize our digital platform to enhance member satisfaction and reduce support inquiries.

What do you like best about the product?
Session Replay is what I use most often. My primary purpose is to validate marketing material in our live environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recent presentation Glassbox gave shed light on a lot of features we fail to take advantage of. Having more subject matter expertise available on a regular basis would help improve usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having better marketing collateral on our site which is more engaging with ourcustomers at their buying process

What do you like best about the product?
Love the application as it allows real time visibility of actions taken on the system. This helps for coaching and understanding for investigation. This also improves performance. The application it self is very easy and simple to use. Glassbox is used for daily monitoring to prevent data breaches as well. it also breaks it down in a timeline
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything out of the normal - maybe have it esier to build reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get daily escalations of data breaches or missed informed clients. We use glassbox to track the consultants actions and if they were able to read the system accurately, make the accurate changes and relay the accurate information back to the customer. We resolve business data breaches and future money losses by actively viewing glassbox

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox for us enables us to unlock insight that either we've previously not had access to, or has been very difficult to piece together. We're now able to self serve the data in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
love this product - Getting more AI capabilites on what it already has would be even better

Conversion performance is our number on goal, reducing drop-off
Second to that but hand in hand, understanding how our customer utilise our customer journeys to identify areas of optimisation and improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, well layed out, and performant UX. The tool is of high importance to our everyday operations. GIA is such a great feature!
