Recreation of experience

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can recreate the experiance my customers are having on the site and based on this understand exactly how they are engaged with our new site capabiliites and feaures on our digital channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
improvement in screen element precision and font size as some issues are hard to identify
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time for releasing new features and site capabilities has decreased as we can now properly prioritize what needs to be done first.

What do you like best about the product?
The colour of the user interface - it's not overwhelming
What do you dislike about the product?
The help section seems to have some old content within it so that needs updating (something about a funnel link - or something like that was still in the section)- I was searching how to create funnels and the navigation to the 'How to create a funnel' seemed hidden. Instructions could be clearer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Redudcing the friction points of our customers during their digital purchase and making it easier for them to complete their transactions

Great retroactive search

What do you like best about the product?
What I like in Glassbox is the ability to create funnels from events in the session. Previously we were using a tool where you had to tag each evet you wanted to make a funnel on
What do you dislike about the product?
Until know what the most I liked and I used it Business flow to see the funnel that I built, interaction maps and recorded sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Glassbox to undersatnd where customers leave us and understand the reasons why

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can found seasons and replay it, the way we create funnels so easily so we can call the step from de season and forma the funnel so later we can view it in a different panel

meybe the interfaz its like a little bit old, but in functions its ok

Finding and Fixing

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can see client interactions on our websites. It helps to identify key issues where we can liase with our developers to investigate and ultimately Fix. Client testimony is often not enough - so to be able to see is truly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I typically use Glassbox for a very limited scope. From what I use it works pretty well. If maybe it was more clear and descriptive as to what it is showing us, that may be helpful. Also if there was a place on the site where it could teach me how to be more efficient in Using Glassbox, that would also be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and fixing the issues on our site which use to casue customer complaints and abandonment. We havbe been able to increase our site enegagement

What do you like best about the product?
So much data and detail, user experience has improved dramatically over the last year, customer service also.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's almost too much data available, short cut reports to the most important information?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking in the Glassbox console we can better determine how to build better products by deciding where to place new product functions and features

What do you like best about the product?
The Glassbox Augmented Journey Map provides:
Details of our customer sessions, the reasons behind their exercise and the level of engagement.
The fact I like best is that from here, we can dive into our customer timeline and see their sessions over time. This means that we can view our customer's experience across their entire journey with us - not just a single session.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Onboarding process should be more proactive in my opinion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding our customer behavior and resolving UX bugs in our site, which are affecting their experiance

What do you like best about the product?
session recording and conversion features provide us the understanding and the insight to gearing up our site so that it fits our customer needs

Web analytics reporting dashboard and custom event tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The session recordings provide deeper understanding about the journeys which otherwise would not be possible to achieve. It provided ui/ux improvement opportunities, error types after every page that customers get and dead clicks on the pages as well. All of these come quite handy in the project
What do you dislike about the product?
In the recorded sessions, I feel that glassbox could come up with the insights about the sessions as well like if the customers spending too much time on a page, may be the cta buttons are not rightly placed, if there too many rage clicks, the cta buttons are not clear for customers - though I know this is part of the AJM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing a better UX and UI for our customers and reducing the time it takes to solve bugs or other experiance issues. Glassbox captures all data about a customer joruney so that we can see what needs to be improved very quickly

Captures the metadata

What do you like best about the product?
I like how GB can capture certain meta data on the user and devices used and how GB can alert to things like dead clicks, long page loads and load errors, to name a few,

What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning GB but I initially had issue understanding where to start how to search and view recorded sessions. Also, for some reason every time I go to GB it gives a popup which is very annoying. Also, when someone shares a link to session with me, it never goes to it. It goes to the dashboard and I have to click or enter the link a second time to get to the recorded session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolving errors in our site including the ones which impact the experiance of customers and casue them to abandon
