Building Customized reports

What do you like best about the product?
I just discovered that I can build customized reports which has been very helpful as the out of the box reports are not great for answering my needs. the custom reports are great and are right there,
What do you dislike about the product?
A training section or get help area so that we don't need to reach out to Glassbox professional services every time we have a questions which takes us some time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peerting into the sessions and replaying them to capture the glitches in the site and take the errors daily and understand their potential cost to our operations

Custom Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Manage custom tracking through pages, actions, events, etc. The creation of this custom track also known as funnels and business flows, give us the power to better understand our customer experience
What do you dislike about the product?
creating a custom struggle score for our site - that would be the next best thing we could have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of experience working with various companies in the session-replay analytics space. Due to the team’s dedication/consistency/competency and the platform itself, I was a strong advocate for bringing Glassbox into Charter. It’s a pleasure working with Nick Herbert & Laura Alarcon Kerner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it enables us to supplement what we see elsewhere in terms of customer experience. In particular, I like the struggle score and the average scroll heat map best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have attended two trainings - in part because I was hoping they would be different and help me grow in my understanding of the platform and how to use it, but they were the same. Improved and varied training would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE can reduce the struggles of our customers and see how interactive are our digital assets with our customers via the Interaction Map . the session replay gives us indication to struggles

Jumping between Clicks

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to jump between clicks on a session. The search by unique identifier is good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at recordings, glassbox makes our site UI look funky a lot of the times.. The CSS doesn't fully come over or something. It can be hard to tell what's glassbox's fault and what's an error on our site
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focusing on site errors and technical with experience glitches for operational insights that require our team to attend and fix. we have been able to lower these pitfalls

What do you like best about the product?
Looking into the recorded and captured sessions give us the information we need together with Adobe to make the right decisions about our product roadmap and take it
What do you dislike about the product?
mobile - lots of breakages and also customer service - long lag in fixing issues

Getting and perfecting our website and mobile app to better cater for our customers in terms of helping them find the infomation they are looking for and operating by it

What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to easily monitor faults on the site so that we are made aware of them on time and react in a proactive manner before our users begin to feel the impact
What do you dislike about the product?
Know how to automatically alert us to problems in the user experience becuase the errors today which are notifed on them are more in the technichal world and experiance issues are not alerted on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attaining for a site with a minimal amount of experience issues and picking them out and reducing them to a minimum before them impacting our user experiance so that can continue work

What do you like best about the product?
The unique property of Glassbox is that the session elements and their sequence are available for analysis from which we can extract insights for providing a better service
What do you dislike about the product?
send a notification when error occurs - currently this needs to be configured at the anomaly level, but it woud be great if a level of automation would go ahead and reproduce this

Looking into the sequence of events of our customers and searching for errors in their form fulfillment and potential compliance breaches which we can monitor and fix

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly very new but the fact it worked with little developer involvement was super impressive - so I am thrilled with it so far I must say. it simply works for me
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love to watch videos, but some functionality does not seem intuitive. I am going to have to watch them in order to better educate me and familiarize on how to use the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking into the digital session our customer take when trying to access their policy (without PII) and find places where the site is broken or simply is in accessible

What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple and easy to use with a great UX layout, so we can find exactly what needs to be done with great accuracy in virtually no time whatsoever. pricelss!

As a company we often search using a customers email address but this doesn't seem a simple way to filter a search, so this could be made better and simpler to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Functioning as a source of truth for making product decisions on areas of focus in our product for revenue generation and for better customer experience to our users

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is the error analysis in glassbox. this analysis gives us the opportunity to quickly zero in on errors and technical glitches in the page which impact performance
What do you dislike about the product?
webinars and workshops etc inside Australian business hours. Would love a podcast! So if you guys have anything coming around on this - it would be great for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking and resolving the errors in our website so that our customers who come to our site have an easier in accomplishing there bookings and making the changes they need
