Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox has a very intuative interface and this makes it easy for us to visualize complex journeys. Also the real time analytics replay is very powerfull as we can resolve issues on the fly
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy with the tool somwtimes there is a delay in playback or parts of the screen are covered - but maybe this is becasue of PII

reduce dropoffs and helps with our compliance teams to identify potential fraud

Accurate playback
What do you like best about the product?
being able to see the playback _and_ get session information like cookies and ids is incredibly helpful for doing deeper dives in other tracking tools we use. gb is a great first-line tool for finding user experience problems and confirming success of new ux features.
What do you dislike about the product?
filtering seems a bit complex and opaque, but it might just be an education problem on my part. i was expecting a traditional boolean builder, but there seems to be no "OR" option -- instead i have to use "is one of", which is counter-intuitive to me when checking something like page content (where i would expect "is one of" to match the entire value). so again...probably just an education problem on my part.

Figuring out best position for new UX features in the product and measuring there success

The ease of finding the session I need its a great tool

Nothing much the tool works as designed - so we are very happy with it

Session Replay in Real time
What do you like best about the product?
I think session replay is the best thing I can say. Mouse movements, clicks, gestures, and scrolling. Error states and frustration signals Playback of entire sessions in real-time or at any desired speed

easier way to create reports and widgets would be great longer retentation of the sessions

we use mostly for quickly identifying and resolving issues during high-traffic events.
Great AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI part in the session replay and the way is puts togeather a summary of all sessions so that we dont need to play them back. it also has referance points in the summary to the parts in the session - which are highlighted in the summary
What do you dislike about the product?
System can be a fraction slow sometimes but overall this is a great tool for us

understand and pinpoint issues in the customer experaince which we can then fix with confidence
Love Glassbox Interaction Maps
What do you like best about the product?
i definitely love the interaction maps the most. Seeing how often certain stuff gets clicked on pages makes it easy to judge if the webpage is used like we hope they will use it. The struggle score for filtering together with the recorded sessions also offer an valuable insight where you can see if customers actually navigate the website in a proper way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be slow at times and you cant find sessions that are older than a year. Furthermore, as much as i like the recorded sessions, sometimes it feels like the sessions are cut short or it does not fully show their entire session. This makes judging, analysing and concluding a bit more difficult in certain circumstances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like stated above, its focused on seeing if people actually use certain functions we implemented in our website. Judging on this, we can actually change the webpages to make sure the customer journey proceeds like we intended to.

Simple interface and logical structure of information

There is a great deal of data - sometimes its hard to go through it all

Trying to understand how people navigate through my site; and how to optimise their journey
The AI part is outstanding
What do you like best about the product?
The GIA part in Glassbox is very helpful. we can search for sessions and summarize them without the need to spend countless time viewing them. it takes us directly to where this issue is and makes our team more productive

I would appreciate if there was more transparency in terms of roadmap items and sharing with the team

We are looking into the experience in our mobile app and seeding where customers are abandoning due to technical issues
Great for iOS
What do you like best about the product?
The idea of actually seeing a session is something i never seen before anywhere else. For me as a developer the mose usable case is when i cannot reproduce crashes from logs when there is not enough information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remembering and making sure sensitive information is masked is important and might require maintenance. The only extra work you need to put into your project when developing new fetures etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me as an ios developer it solves recreating crashed i find on crashlytics and where the logs i get there are not enough for me to reproduce.
