So many things we like

What do you like best about the product?
There are SO MANY things we love about Glassbox, but probably my favorite part of the tool is its session recordings. It has been a game-changer in terms of us being able to replicate and diagnose struggle points on our sites because we can literally see exactly what a user did leading up to the issue and share that moment with our dev team to explore further.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most out of the tool, there’s definitely some manual effort needed to identify PII for masking, configure pages, funnels, etc. It would be nice if some of those pieces could be more automated, perhaps even leveraging AI. For example, when an issue is found, it’s still on the business user to create a funnel to find other sessions where those same steps occurred that led to the issue. It would be awesome if AI could step in and group “like” sessions together and perhaps even identify the problem piece of code, etc., that led to that struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
diagnosing all the struggle points our customers have in a sessions and sharing with our devlopment teams so that they can explore the issue and fix it in a timley manner

Love the drill down

What do you like best about the product?
Drill down ability un Glassbox is very strong and quickly allows me and others to segment the sessions we need based on bunch load of criteria which allows us to get to the final result
What do you dislike about the product?
dashboard configurability. I want to be able to configure the home dashboard on my own - currently i need to relay on outside resource from my company and that impact the time

Looking at the role of users as they surf our website and obtain information.

Good Experience with Glassbox

What do you like best about the product?
Glassboro is a great way to boost a business as it allows you to clearly identify where the website is not performing at its best and fix it quickly reducing the number of errors. Likewise, it allows obtaining a higher level of commitment from clients. Glassbox is really simple and intuitive to use software, it helps both non-technical users and developers to identify specific use case issues at the individual customer level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is nothing to dislike about this platform. In all the time that I have used this software, I have not had any kind of problems or errors. Om the contrary, implementing their use has helped us improve our processes in matter of weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us prioritize things faster and drive higher customer satisfaction with our products by fixing the real issue efficiently giving them a better experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox is truelly an amazing tool ! with he recorded sessions, you can see exactly what the user is doing all the time - excluding the PII of course . so no more guessing
What do you dislike about the product?
I have tried to login into the console before and was not able to. The system was down and then a couple of hours later I was able to login - a fraction annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The view and experience of out customer sessions and being able o make calculated decisions on where to place the content on the website in order to achieve the highest level of engagement

What do you like best about the product?
being able to access video replays for our survey respondents
What do you dislike about the product?
things always look so broken and we need our SME to fix it so it properly looks like our website. It's also very difficult to filter/find videos

we look at our survey respondents and then we are able to reprodcue the sessions so that we see what are the issues that they faced and fix them for a better CX

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to finally track click data in applications I design
What do you dislike about the product?
Layout of reporting is a bit messy. Could be nice to customize data points being tracked. Would be good to have historical data for 1 yr instead of 1 week.

recover customer sessions with poor experience and improve them for the future

What do you like best about the product?
Funnel Studio and the ability to find specific pathway examples for my team-- especially to verify new experiences which is great and important for us in order to accommodate business
What do you dislike about the product?
Searchability fields. I would like to be able to compare the dynamic return on one page to another (i.e. price on page X vs the price on page Y) this would be very powerful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating funnels to compare areas on our website, which are more engaging than other parts so that we can see what needs to attend to and then we can go ahead and fix

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Glassbox has such an easy interface to work with, the solution is intuitive so we can accomplish what is required with little effort on our side

Actually, as of now all is good in the solution nothing which i can say that I dislike in any way

improving our website for our customers and avoiding for them the frictions that they may encounter. tech errors, struggles and more are minimized so that our website works better

What do you like best about the product?
just getting set up, journeys are proving to be very powerful and are having a tremendous impact on our understating of our unique customer navigation preferences in our website
What do you dislike about the product?
Access to the training material. I've been trying to get setup all day. and sometimes its hard to get started and understand where exactly you need to begin which can be frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the system today in way which we would not have been able to imagine yesterday, we are seeing the points where our customers are having quite issues which they need to be fixed
