Ability to view sessions

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to view sessions based on user feedback. Nice to see exactly what their browsing experience was before they sent feedback and this helps us improve their journey
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sessions are broken . Also no way to filter out sessions based on A/B test if its a full stack A/B test. this is important to me as a product owner so woud be great if fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Viewing our customer sessions and where they are on their website and what they interact with . also this helps us to give the customer feedback more context and understand them

What do you like best about the product?
I really and have driven great value for the Augmented Journey Map it shows us where and why our customers are leaving and why they act the way the do - so that we can fix issues
What do you dislike about the product?
More seamlessly integrated help that doesn't require logging into jukebox becuase this takes us a long time and we do need this in order to better understand how to use Glassbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Glassbox to better serve our customers over the digital channel by giving them a better experience which helps them in better engaging with our solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see sessions in detail, and navigating in the sessions easily. This enables us to be with our finger on the pulse and quickly look out for any issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Make the innterface less complicated, when you're a first time user it is not really easy to understand where to search for the information you need and this can cause a waste of time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
searching for our user and subscribers struggles in the product and where there are technical and experience difficulties which can be and need to be fixed in an immediate manner

What do you like best about the product?
Love how Glassbox can capture elements on the page automatically, without having to tag them individually. Creating reports and funnels is also very easy on the console. The customer support team is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently cannot allocate purchased number of sessions to different applications from within the console- once configured, the configuration remains the same throughout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glassbox gives the 'why's behind observations that tools like Google Analytics alone cannot currently provide. It also highlights behavioral issues to a great extent that could have otherwise been understood only by talking to actual customers- something not everyone has the time/resources for.

What do you like best about the product?
From a single constructive system, Glassbox supports teams in prioritising enhancements to the digital product and customer experience. Teams from numerous divisions, such as marketing, compliance, and product oversight, are able to observe the customer journey, identify user difficulty, and maximize every phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of the data presented, the modifications to the application's introduction and overview procedures and the simplicity of the platform itself that sometimes confuse new users

With fewer tasks, Glassbox delivers you with more real-time data, actionable insights that can be used to optimize the quality of your customer journeys and encourage growth.

What do you like best about the product?
What is great about the Glassbox solution is that can always be in a situation where we are. Seeing struggles visibly and providing the ability to share the story

I have to say that overall it would great if Glassbox would invest the resources in Seeing struggles visibly and providing the ability to share the story - that would be very helpful for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE are using Glassbox to searh for glitches in our current customer experience and the way they find their journey when interacting with our digital services - it helped us reduce time to find the errors and fix them

What do you like best about the product?
Session recording and heat map are very storng and go a great and long way for us - finally we can see what our customers have to go through first hand and take care of it
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot can be improved in the Interaction map. Usually filters are the first place we go to and this seems to be empty. it then can take us a long time to see exaclty what we want
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we look at our customer heat maps and by this we can see where they are spending time on web pages and what content they are engaging with so that we can then see it all word=ks

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to view user's sessions to determine struggles, causes, and solutions. this makes it muh easier for us to see where we can help our customers

load time of data, sometimes I need to view a session from a few hours ago and it's not available yet, or not fully loaded by the time i can see the session there its to late
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying issues and errors: Glassbox session recordings help us quickly identify issues or errors that our customers encounter on our website or application. This allows us to address these issues proactively and prevent them from negatively impacting our user's experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox navigation and filtering is a user interface feature that provides a transparent, intuitive way for users to navigate and filter through large amounts of data or content. The key benefit of this navigation and filtering is that it allows us users to see all available options at once, instead of forcing them to click through menus or scroll through long lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
By recording user sessions, we can see exactly how users navigate their website or application, where they encounter issues or errors, and how they interact with specific features or content. This data can be used to identify areas for improvement, optimize the user experience, and ultimately increase conversion rates. sometimes this does not work for us which is an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE use Glassbox for its navigation and filtering which are often customizable, allowing us to tailor our search experience to our specific needs. For example, we can often choose which filters we want to see, or adjust the order in which results are displayed.
