What do you like best about the product?
The ability to gain deep insights into user behaviour and preferences & also its enhanced user experience optimisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Balancing the advantages with user privacy considerations and compliance with relevant data protection regulations is essential. User consent required in keeping the transparency of their actions in glass box
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily Glass box benefits businesses and organisations by providing valuable insights into user behaviour and enhancing digital experience. Some of the benefits which I felt was
1. Real-time monitoring capabilities
2. Faster Issue Resolution

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing my customers shopping habits so that we can configure and tailor the site to address them in a better way. its also a great integration with our WA solution
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the info to be easier to find by email address because sometimes this is absolutely all the information i have on the customer and if I dont have it I cant find them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a better shopping experience for our users

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best: Are the recorded sessions feature, with the unlocking of screen and the ease of dragging to create funnel
What do you dislike about the product?
Where can GB improve: The in-studio funnel can have more features. and should not be disabled if worked on. why does this happen ?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pushing the site tech to its limit without impacting the user experience and making sure our sites responsiveness is quick

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to see how users interact. like, see. with my own eyes. when they're acting on their own. Those videos are fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
Facilitate the process of locating them. I have difficulty finding recordings where specific pages are accessed. Date ranges and pages sometimes confuse me regarding what influences my results. Occasionally, they are greyed out, and modifying something requires removing all the filters when I only intended to adjust a part of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are addressing the challenges on our pages that are impacting our customer's progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The Recording which we have access to are the ballpark of our activity - we can see where people who are using our product yearn for a better level of experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Recordings ofter load to slow or they crash. Reportings layouts could also be improved, and the view can be very overwhelming and difficult to navigate on so it makes it hard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create funnels and business flows to view points of conversion and dropoff.

Accurate playback of sessions

What do you like best about the product?
The recorded sessions we have can be accuratley played back so that we can see exactly where our customers have issues on their digital assest. we can also identify where they are having diffculities

Better (easier) flow analysis - right now we need to define this flow and it is somewhat complicated to do so and takes to much time - (this may be a training issue)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
catching all the problems in our websiteand correcting them before our customer get frustrated and leave - which is great

What do you like best about the product?
The metrics glassbox has are largely (intuitive) which makes the onbaording of the team much easier

Struggle count doesn't really mean all that much to me

Looking at the customer struggles in our site and correcting the issues they have and the errors in the site so that they can have a better journey in the digital path they have taken

What do you like best about the product?
I keep on using the Interaction maps they are comprehensive and help me understand the mysterious parts of the Joruney on which i should foucs on - and where I can find errors

Make the ability to select what device, OS and browser to look at easier becuase right now I have to say it can be somewhat difficult at some times to understad which is which

reduce the errors on our website and provide our users with a better and cleaner experience in our website and mobile applications for their usage

What do you like best about the product?
In Glassbox, I like funnel reports, interaction maps and business flow overviews most
What do you dislike about the product?
Building funnels, showing second clicks on interaction maps, enable different options in funnels (e.g. first summarizes and then be able to see details)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today we are using this in many ways - but above all to understand which parts of our website need to be fixed

This feature-rich dashboard helps us and provides an intuitive and visually appealing interface that allows me to effortlessly track and analyze error occurrences, offering real-time visibility into any potential issues. With the ability to easily detect and assess errors through this dashboard, I can swiftly take corrective action, fine-tune my funnels, and ensure a seamless user experience. The inclusion of this robust dashboard within Glassbox not only enhances my troubleshooting capabilities but also empowers me to proactively address errors, leading to improved conversions, heightened customer satisfaction, and sustained business success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find myself strongly inclined to emphasize the importance of displaying a greater amount of error information. It would be highly beneficial if Glassbox could enhance its capabilities in showcasing detailed error messages and providing comprehensive insights into the types and frequencies of errors occurring within my conversion funnels. I can also say that by having access to a broader range of error information, I could gain a deeper understanding of the pain points that users encounter, enabling me to address them more effectively and ultimately improve the overall user experience. The ability to showcase extensive error information would undoubtedly empower me to make more informed decisions and implement targeted optimizations that lead to smoother user journeys, increased conversions, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

We use Glassbox to see where people are filling in their cliams and what problems and errors they may be having when trying to put them in. we then can go and reduce them
