Easy to use and a lot of data to use and analyze
What do you like best about the product?
I like the advanced filter system, helps me narrow down searches very quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe a slower playback speed where you can go frame by frame

Enable the customer-facing teams to see what users were looking for and what interests them and plan the sales strategy based on 100% data

What do you like best about the product?
Love the session recordings and the ability to jump from one place in the session to another with a click. The overall system is user-friendly and straightforward to navigate through
What do you dislike about the product?
Yesterday was my first time using SessionCam in several months and I had no issues, but back when I used it regularly about a year ago, there was a frequent issue with downloading the recordings; they would not download - looks like it's working now

See what our users go through when on our website and how we can improve new products adoption
Excellent session replay
What do you like best about the product?
The recorded sessions and filter options are excellent and intuitive. I like to be able to see everything the user is doing in real-time and make decisions based on 100% data
What do you dislike about the product?
Not clear how to switch from one application to another in a different dashboard

Visibility into user actions and what is the root cause of abandonment

Sessions and reports are super useful and the data is in real-time which keeps us informed and on top of everything

UI could b cleaner but the dashboards can be customised so that's good

Watching sessions and seeing what the user sees. I love the overall user interface and intuitively of the system. Very easy to use and operate

So far everything works perfectly - I would love to be able to ee more sessions as time goes by

Great tool for analyzing digital journeys and collecting insights on events happening on the website or mobile app. Glassbox is a must-have tool for every customer-focused company

I would love to be able to generate specific reports faster

Improving product offering, testing different website and app versions to see which is generating better traffic and increasing user engagement

User sessions are valuable and give us tons of information about events we couldn't see before. Reporting is advanced and comes with tons of customisation

I'd love to see all script/CSS files... if is there an easy way to see them while replaying user-recorded sessions.

The ability to see users' paths on the site, which can show when they're confused or lost
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that's been difficult for me and my team is the jumps or breaks in time. We're more used to seeing a seamless flow on the website, but the recordings seem to jump around a bit.

Seeing all events in one place and segmenting and prioritizing based on what needs to be addressed first and has the most impact on our revenue

Nice look and feel and is very intuitive; I Just started using more features but already got the hang of most of them. Very happy with the sessions and insights that I got so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to use it for a longer period of time but so far, so good!
