What do you like best about the product?
Session replay filtered on specific struggle scores
What do you dislike about the product?
The anomaly board is useless w/o assistance in detecting the causes, set alerts, or easily replay sessions where the problem exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking into the orb of session our customer have and pooling them for replay to reduce issues on customer side

The ability to utilize analytics. helps us drive the value from the system

Improvements to Android application masking would be helpful. There's a lag and latency issue at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Playback - the ability to understand why a customer is having difficulties and the chance to identify any bugs
What do you dislike about the product?
Management of attributes. Would be great if we could apply them to multiple applications rather than having to set up the same attribute for each app.

We have encountered numerous challenges in fixing our website to ensure our buyers have an amazing experience.

The Reports bring us perpetual value on how our customer frankly use the site

When cloning and sharing a report, it could be easier to find and select specific users.

jumping in the sessions at the right place to identify loops of customers and solve them

I'm not sure. I haven't used Glassbox a whole lot yet to tell you what is not working right

i really love the the struggle score reports they provide me all what i need to know in order to zoom into things

setting up reports isnt the most intuitive and seems to crack quite a lot
