Real session playbacks
What do you like best about the product?
I find the session playbacks very powerful and address our needs to understand and resolve friction points
What do you dislike about the product?
I find creating a funnel tricky it can simply take to much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Properly syncing customer issues among the teams and taking them off the table
Interactive Insights
What do you like best about the product?
As A FE dev, I love the interactive insights to highlight to our user behavior to better improve our UX!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the interaction Maps are a little funky, but maybe we dont have them configured coreectly

we are able to continuously improve our user experience

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to replay sessions and pin/mark where customers struggled the most

It would be great if you didn't get logged out of sessions so quickly

Replaying the sessions of our customers as they progress through the shopping experience so that we can provide them a good one

What do you like best about the product?
I like that glass box allows to see user session which made us discover few bugs

I feel the UI experience needs to be improved a little because it is overwhelming for someone who is new to platform.

We use glassbox to find bugs in user sessions we can then check where the problem is on our client side and fix what is required of us

It's a little difficult for me to figure out my way around the tool itself.

View user interactions and spot locations where the site is not functioning and has bugs which can then be fixed

Being able to see the path that customers took when they reported an issue

Can be difficult to find a specific session if it's more than a couple days old

Looking at paths which are taken by most users and building a product line that fits them

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to monitor real user trafic and by that understand the websie pulse

GPT based search capabilities will make search better and also the repost design should be easier in term of UIUX

Searching and location of the customer sessions and looking at the webstie pulse to montior its health
Troubleshoot in real time
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can troubleshoot real-time issues customers are facing by seeing where they are clicking and what errors they are getting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to do on the site and it can be overwhelming at first. Having a video with instructions for the best way to find the page you are looking for or an easy way to filter for pages that exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Troubleshooting our customer issues that they encounter and helping them in their journey. This helps us be more productive in our work.
Deep linking from quailtrics
What do you like best about the product?
The Deepl linking from Qualitrics allows us to navigate from a feedback directly to the session
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I have are with the Support responses and datadog integration
