Really Amazing

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to see the replay of my customer's interactions. I like that events are easy to filter on and that there is a lot of flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use the funnels that I created in other reports. Also, the Funnel reports appear to be locked and I can't bring in other widgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Glassbox to investigate why more users are not adopting our site. We are investigating where they are dropping off and the problems they are experiencing before abandoning the site.

A super valuable tool to our product and engineering teams

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share data with multiple teams as well as the amount of support and training we receive from the Glassbox team. The customer success team is creating a nice report/dashboard for us which makes it easier to find data and export relevant findings
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to use the more technical parts without the need for support but Glassbox is doing a good job with the training so that will happen eventually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the product/XD/engineering teams to reproduce complaints and bugs coming from our users. We can find and fix issues faster and in a more accurate way

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see the journey and see in real-time what happened in every step. Also, it's great to be able to generate actionable insights and share with other teams

I'd like to see how we could use this within the design framework

What do you like best about the product?
The recorded sessions help us identify struggles quickly and fix any problems before it becomes a complaint and reduce the number of calls our customer support receives daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Raw data scan on reports could be more intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We saw an Increase in the number of phone calls to customer support and needed a tool that can help us reduce the number of calls by providing visibility into real-time users sessions

What do you like best about the product?
Recording sessions - help to see the user behavior in real-time and understand the root cause of different events. We also use the reports to follow recurring events to optimize the web experience

Journey analysis is great but sometimes it's to explain and interpret to the other teams

Understanding the root cause of events and addressing recurring issues to prevent website abandonment

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data as well as the way it's presented makes it easy to analyze and share internally. We don't need to tag any events as Glassbox captures everything automatically
What do you dislike about the product?
Some options/sections are not at 2 clicks from the main menu so it'd be nice to add more widgets to the main dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to re-brand our website for some time now but couldn't put a finger on what needs to be done to optimize the overall look and feel - Glassbox provided a very simple and immediate solution in terms of visabiliity into what areas of the site should be changed

Reducing errors in the system

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see exactly what happens on claims to determine errors in our systems this way we can minimize the errors and make sure there is no frustration on the customer side
What do you dislike about the product?
Make it easier to search and sort through recordings it can be a bit much that would be really great for us and our needs and would give us a better experience with the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how customers are using our site and and making sure they have a flawless experience and are able to do what they came for in the first place to our site

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the possibility to fully understand the pain points of our website and use it to improve our performance and the amount of data that is captured without the need of tagging
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to understand the more technical aspects of the tool but Glassbox provides ongoing training which helps a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights on all user's journeys - not just per page. We can understand what causes drop-offs and quickly fix all technical and experience related issues

What do you like best about the product?
The clean user interface and the overall look and feel of the tool. It's easy to navigate between different screens and reports without losing saved data or widgets. Also, the data is filtered based on our use cases, making it even easier to analyze and come up with actionable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to choose a filter that would allow me to see common IP addresses

Optimizing marketing campaigns and being able to segment traffic easily and tie it to revenue

What do you like best about the product?
The performance of the tool and the support of the business insights team. The tool is almost fully automated except for the reports we customized based on specific KPIs, but it's easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, everything is working perfectly. Maybe more training on new features and capabilities could be useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool that would collect data without the need for tagging and that can integrate with other tools we have in our CX stack. One of our main pain points was that we couldn't pinpoint the reason for abandonment and its effect on our revenue, so Glassbox was a considerable step up in visibility and insights.
