What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use entered text as a search criteria to identify web sessions, makes the search for specific sessions much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Clean up the inconsistent behavior when trying to navigate to specific parts of playback. Also provide a reason for a session ending (customer ended, system timeout, error, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track and analyze the behavior of our users in an automated way and also generates actionable insights. We are now able to make decisions based on 100% data and in a timely fashion

What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-navigate interface and the entire dashboard setup. It is obvious a lot of thought was put into how the data is shown to the users. Glassbox makes it easy to find what we need in a timely fashion
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have loved to see more educational videos to allow self-sufficiency and learn how to use the more advanced features

Improving our website UI and UX and providing our customers with a smooth experience

What do you like best about the product?
The Session replay tool is amazing, with lots of data and actionable insights. We use it daily to understand users behavior and improve the experience for all of our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
The heatmaps take time to master and links selection should be easier but all in all, very usable and helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better visibility and more behavioral data. Now we see everything and can act upon 100% data and not partial like we did until now

What do you like best about the product?
The heatmaps are especially interesting, I've never seen anything like it before and they can really give you some insight into what people want. We can track the most engaging parts of our web page as well as improve the less engaging areas and products to ensure our users will enjoy their time on our website and eventually convert into clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Funnels set up can be tricky in the begining, but after sometime you get the hang of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve our product offering by understanding users behavior when interacting with it. We wanted to be more informed and productive during decisions making stages.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track customer interaction on screen and see what is the experience is like from their side and what drives their behavior
What do you dislike about the product?
Make it easy to view session cam recordings from Qualtrics or external platforms. Customer support needs to be there to help.

The ability to capture 100% of our customers digital journeys to ensure that we will find answers to any painpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced sessions search functionality and in-depth insights that help us focus on the most problematic areas our the website and improve it for a better CX.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is easy to use but it would help to have a more intuitive dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More business-driven insights can help us prioritize what we should work on to improve first. We also needed better visibility into what our users are really experiencing

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to aggregate the user journeys into easy-to-view charts. This has proven to be very valuable to our team on an ongoing basis and provides a great deal of insights
What do you dislike about the product?
There is always an opportunity to improve the usability of the platform to make it easy to find insights for non-techy users. If this could be obtained it would be great

Understanding how customers are using our digital product on an ongoing basis and providing our business users with this understanding has a great deal of value

What do you like best about the product?
The system is very intuitive and the over look and feel makes using the tool a hundred times easier. The dashboards and menus, aside from having an enormous amount of data, are easy to find and analyse even if you’re not technical oriented person. I’ve been using it for some time now and was able to extract amazing insights on how different website elements loading time (like images and videos) differs from one operating system to another and the affect it has on user behaviour and therefore our conversion rate and ability to deliver a seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Faster loading menus would be great, aside from that everything is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Glassbox system sends us real time email alerts when a feedback is submitted and rather than wasting time trying to understand what’s the issue and escalating to the IT department, we have a link in the email which takes us straight to the user’s session and we can see what was the event that drove the user to leave a specific feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
With a click of a button, I can find all sessions of a specific day, page, user, etc. The ability to see everything the user did is invaluable for us and help us improve our offering, UI and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to extract all page info (struggle page, experience score) for a batch of sessions to CSV or excel file and although the system allows you to filter data, it would nice to have it in a file as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to understand our users better - from both the technical and engagement perspectives. Now we can make decisions based on 100% of the data and share findings internally to improve collaboration.

Identifying errors which enables us to create a better product

What do you like best about the product?
The best is the error section. Sometimes I don't know why an error occurs and with Glassbox I can find the reason why an error occurs and how the user behaves.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I want to watch a session, it always takes a while to load. this could be a connection issue or a storage issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is extremely essential to provide our customers with a frictionless experience during their sale process so that they can easily find what they are looking for - this is what will make them return next time and recommend our brand to other parties. This is the reason it is a top priority for us to identify where our site is not working properly and not driving enough value to our customers. I can fully attest to our experience with Glassbox to be a great and positive one.
