Filter options are very powerfull
What do you like best about the product?
The usage of filtering when creating reports and when searching for sessions is very intuitive and easy to use. In this way we can find the sessions we are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface - tooltips explaining what each component does would be helpful as today it is hard to understand how to use some of the components. which later impacts us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Location of sessions where poor experience and our website has errors so that they can be taken care of and fixed and this why drive our customer Customer satisfaction
Great for heatmaps
What do you like best about the product?
Well it’s a heatmap tool.
So it instantly shows me which pages are performing well which aren’t how far my users get down the page.
Would be great if it showed the % on the download
Also seems to be an issue where it doesn’t download all the images from the page when the heatmap is captured so pages don’t always have a 1 to 1 resemblance.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed on some of my heatmaps it's not loaded the images in. It also doesn't show the true load of the page (The cookie policy) so the map is a little misleading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have noticed that the heatmpas are able to show us where our customers are spending their effort and time as they browse our site - we dont always get the true load time of the page which could also be some what misleading
Session Replays are so powerfull
What do you like best about the product?
Session replays are a compelling feature that we use a great deal in the system to understand how our customers are navigating our mobile application and in our website
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if the solution had been incorporated inside of it and as part of the product video tutorials for learning and understanding the advanced features so we could better use them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There have been several benefits from using the Glassbox solution it has fostered a sense of collaboration between different departments in our organisation that now work together better
I love the playback and search for session
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is possible to replay sessions and see precisely where customers are experiencing issues in navigating the site. This way we can fix many of the issues before they become big

Sonetimes it takes a long time to load the recording of the sessions when clickling on the link this happens in long sessions and can be annoying for us , but other than that its good

What content is more engaging and where our customers spend the bulk of their time in our mobile app which helps us to define the priority of the future features to develop
The ability to see customer's actual experience
What do you like best about the product?
It really is powerful and meaningful to our company that we now have The ability to see the customer's actual experience as they browse our website. we can see the sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
my current go to is customer recordings, but as a new user, i'd love to be able to easily tie this into a journey map or a walk thru of creating a dashboard this would be great for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Glassbox to view all of our customer recordings and to tie them to our journey map so that I can quickly and effortlessly identify the areas where they have a problem
visibility into the customer journey
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the visibility into the customer journey which is great, the team assigned to our account is fabulous - especially our BI Manager, Laura Alarcon Kerner!
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps an easier, more intuitive way to review similar sessions based on a single session recording (not by setting up a journey, report, etc). A "see similar sessions" button, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Glassbox to have visibility into our customer journey and see there points of friction across their sessions and the potential issues with our website which can then be fixed
Session replay, funnels and alerts
What do you like best about the product?
I really adore the Session replay, funnels and alerts that Glassbox has. the alerts are really great as we can see the moment there is an issue with our site and this is good for our customers as well

it would be good if the Glassbox team would make session search easier so that we can search in a better way specifc sessions which we are required to look into
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify when there are any regulations in our system which need to be looked at and see that we are in compliance of our customer requests and that we provide them with accurate infomation
Review customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
The one thing I like most about Glassbox - though there are many is the ability to continuously review and improve our customer's experiance as they navigate through our site
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my main casues for frustration is that some times , though not all times the system is somewhat slow to pull up infomations and this can casue frustration

We use Glassbox on an ongoing basis to improve our custoemr experiance and drive a higher level of revenue from our site by providing our customers a better joruney
Ability to get a better view
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get a better view of what people are doing on the app/website. This is proving to be extremely valuable to us as we move forward and this is proving valuable to our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times can be very long for certain things and this impacts our investigations as it takes a considerable amount of time to complete the queries which we have

Viewing customer sessions and replaying there experience to understand where they have trouble in completing their tasks and by this providing them with a better service
Great to dive into user sessions
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to dive into user sessions and see the steps they took when encountering a issue/crash. this helps us to understand where the issues are and imporve the CX
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile box and other dashboards can be confusing to navigate. Also, querying for specific events / bits of data on the screen can be challenging because you have to query for the correct type. Free-style querying isn't always accurate, as it shows unrelated sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving customer crashes and by this giving them a better experience when they are using our mobile app. also better seeing what and how our customers navigate through the app.
