What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox's page finder feature is a powerful tool for understanding customer behavior on a website. It allows you to easily search and filter through customer interactions to identify specific pages and interactions of interest. The page finder's user interface is very user-friendly, and it allows you to search for pages by URL, title, or any other custom attribute. The feature also enables you to view customer interactions on a specific page in real-time, which is especially useful for identifying and resolving issues quickly. Overall, Glassbox's page finder is an essential feature for any product manager looking to gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior on their website. It is intuitive, easy to use and can help to quickly identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glassbox is a powerful tool for understanding customer behavior on a website, but it can provide an overwhelming amount of data at times. The platform breaks down customer interactions into incredibly detailed information, which can be both a blessing and a curse. On one hand, the level of detail provided by Glassbox is extremely valuable for identifying specific issues and opportunities for improvement. However, it can also make it difficult to find the information you need, especially when dealing with a large volume of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems that Glassbox solves is the lack of visibility into customer behavior. Traditional analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, provide aggregate data on website traffic, but they don't provide a detailed understanding of how individual customers interact with a website. Glassbox fills this gap by capturing every customer interaction, in real-time, and providing a detailed view of how customers are using the website.

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox offers an intuitive and user-friendly platform for creating detailed journey maps. The visual representation of the journey map is also very helpful in identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. What do you dislike about the product?
the dashboard, the pie chart could be a fraction better to better help us with our needs on an on going basis because they would be easier and better to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see how our customers are using our solution and website and mobile app and better fix issue as they come up without any delay as we can improve their experience

What do you like best about the product?
As a designer, Interaction Maps are the tool I like best, especially how I can click on a certain element and then view Session Replays which feature that element being used
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I've struggled with pages not loading, which is made more frustrating when load times are already long. Also experienced issues with my session expiring after a short period of time and getting stuck in a loop of continuously logging in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we get a very good understadning of how our customers are using our website and how they interact with us. it gives us the insight we need to design a site which is fitted to our customers needs

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Glassbox on a going basis because it has helped us countless times in the process of being able to see what the customer sees on an ongoing basis
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to make work. The only way I can get it to work is by opening it in a new window in incognito mode every time I need to access it. It can be also difficult to search by eds when it's working, Sometimes you have to take some of the numbers off of the eds to make it work. it would also be nice to be able to click and drag to progress thru the video at a quick pace to help find the trouble spot faster. Hope this helps!

understanding how our customers are using our site and seeing exactly and precisely what is working for them and what is not working for them so well - this is very important for us

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of custom reports and the effectiveness of recorded sessions. it helps us validate the exact issue and experience our customer is having in our site
What do you dislike about the product?
We have some issues with Usability. another thing we have is Inability to maximize session views, poor performance when recorded sessions get long. this is an issue we have -

What do you like best about the product?
Session replay fills in the holes to understand why something happened. when we go ahead and reproduce the issues we can then go ahead and fix them in a timely fashion
What do you dislike about the product?
Want more than 8 consecutive days of data - this may be a retention issue, but right now, this is an issue for us that we would like to address because that would be great.
This would be very important to us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detecting errors when they occur and fixing them to speed up issue resolution for customers who are having issues in our website increases our customer satisfaction

The core ability to dive into the customer experience is the strength of Glassbox. By understanding this, we can improve the experience and have customers who are pleased

No suggestions at this time. I'm still becoming familiar with the current capabilities -but what I can see it is working well for the team and me and is easy to learn

What do you like best about the product?
Filling a niche only glass box does right now by letting us rewatch client experiences this helps us understand why customers act the way they do on the website
What do you dislike about the product?
How inconsistently we can or can't find sessions - sometimes this is hard for us as we can't find the sessions we are looking for. Maybe this is an issue of retention
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing where our customers are struggling and why they are leaving our site. We can also see what causes them to be more engaged with our site. This drives a better CX

What do you like best about the product?
I am really pleased and satisfied with Glassbox Interaction Maps - Using them has enabled us to understand the parts of the page in our website where our customers spend their time
What do you dislike about the product?
The interaction maps - having to reload the screen maybe 20 times before getting a screenshot is a little tiresome. It'd be great if it just worked first time and it had a way to look back in time too

Seeing where and how customers engage with the website and mobile app - understand which parts of application are more engaging and which are less and of course what to develop next

I love the Interaction Maps they are very powerful and provide me with the insights I require in order to advance mu business by seeing how customers are interacting with my website

I would be very happy if Glassbox were to offer the ability for extended historical data in some way or another. this would be very beneficial for us as we could understand our customer activity better
