What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see users' paths on the site, which can show when they're confused or lost
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that's been difficult for me and my team is the jumps or breaks in time. We're more used to seeing a seamless flow on the website, but the recordings seem to jump around a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing all events in one place and segmenting and prioritizing based on what needs to be addressed first and has the most impact on our revenue

What do you like best about the product?
Nice look and feel and is very intuitive; I Just started using more features but already got the hang of most of them. Very happy with the sessions and insights that I got so far

Need to use it for a longer period of time but so far, so good!

Understanding the "why" behind the "what" - see events in real-time and get immediate insights on what needs to be improved in terms of website area and content

Seamless session recordings with multiple filters. UX is amazing and user-friendly. Love it and use it every day

You can improve more on logging and error stack trace with custom error events from the UI

Seeing what the users are seeing and understanding their behavior based on all the data

The screen replay is fantastic, and the overall usability is top-notch. Love the ability to customize the different widgets to see the data we care about.

We have an issue where the search results will only display if we use all lower case letters

Solve customers' complaints faster by seeing what they see in real-time and reduce the number of support tickets. We can track events more quickly and adress issues faster now and improve the CSAT and NPS

Users sessions and the alerts we get when specific events are happning

The journey maps are very good but would love it if there was more training on how to read all the data

The recorded sessions are excellent and provide a complete picture of what the users are doing and what drives them to abandon our website. The integrations and out-of-the-box reports are super beneficial too

The GB format of the website during recorded sessions could be better

The system's design is very clean and the overall look and feel of the different screens is user-friendly. Makes it very easy to customize and search for data. Great sessions reply and reports abilities

Improving user's flow when on the website and mobile app and decreasing resolution time when they encounter issues

Being able to see how the user interacts with the website and it's not always in the ways we expect! Excellent support and the business insights team is always super insightful

Maybe if there was some way of smoothing the playback and having the recording slow down automatically when something is happening.
