What do you like best about the product?
How easy and intuitive the site is to navigate. we can understand where our issues are in the site and where our customers cant navigate properly
What do you dislike about the product?
Give more recommendations on how to improve struggle pages.

See where my customers are struggleing and what part of the pages are broken

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox is complete and integrated with GA. We can easily get the root cause behind user experiance in our site and understand what needs to be done
What do you dislike about the product?
On User management could be a bit better if you ask me.

understanding customer behavior, why they stay and why the leave and managing the effectiveness of our marketing campagins

What do you like best about the product?
It's an essential tool for fault finding in eCommerce, which enables us to zero in on specific issues reported from back-office functions. We also use it to proactively look for issues and opportunities within the journey - it's always our first stop when looking for ways to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it to be easier to share sessions with our dev teams, who sometimes don't have their own accounts. The UI can be a little slow and clunky, but all minor quibbles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows us problems that otherwise would go unseen. We'd never be able to improve the way we have without this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool as we can now understand our customers - we can record and see where they are having trouble in their sessions and its easy to navigate recordings

AI tagging of issues - I heard this is coming and would love to see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
seeing which routes our customers like and where they have troubles in entering their requests

What do you like best about the product?
It works very well with our existing stack and provides us information on our customer journeys the Data exports and alerts are very beneficial and enable us to analyze our data with great precision

Would be great to get easier time parsing, more options for alerts and filters

We can see where customers are leaving there cart and which products they like better than others

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty good in terms of tracking sessions. Love the session replay and the reports which highlight the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we can have control of how much limit we want to apply on each of the site we have added, and if we can add new sites ourselves, that would be great

finding problems in our sites and understanding where customers are leaving us and why

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Glassbox is the ability to easily find specific user recordings for reviewing actual user experiences on sites. it can be found quickly and with little effort
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the heatmap readouts aren't helpful given the way they populate. That tool & others like it could be significantly improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning out customer activity and what they like and interact with on our site - it shows where we need to do fixes and how well they roll out

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to Identify hidden struggles for our users. we can see issues that are occurring - even when the users themselves cant understand what is going wrong
What do you dislike about the product?
Continue to make the platform easier to navigate. When I enter a URL of a session recording into the navigation and then have to login, I'm taken to my dashboard instead of the recording. Also there isn't a way to get back to the rest of the console when I'm watching a session from a URL I entered. I like to watch a lot of specific sessions that were flagged in comments from Usabilla/GetFeedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing how users interact with our site so that we provide them with a better experience. it makes our Usabilla feedback more accurate and understandable

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to resolve issues quickly by seeing what the customer did. This saves us both time and resources. The tool is very simple and straight forward so its adoption was also easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to go to a particular moment in the session (type in 3:12 or something like that)

Seeing what customers are doing in our site - what parts do they spend their time on and which campaigns are working
