What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review past online sessions and analyze the data using funnels, reports and more. Very good tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Capture more mobile and Canadian sessions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving user's flow when on the website and mobile app and decreasing resolution time when they encounter issues

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see how the user interacts with the website and it's not always in the ways we expect! Excellent support and the business insights team is always super insightful
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe if there was some way of smoothing the playback and having the recording slow down automatically when something is happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having real-time data and insights based on every event and connecting it to revenue

Intuitive features and easily searchable. The reports are invaluable and show us insights we wouldn't have gotten from anywhere else. Very happy with it

What do you like best about the product?
Great educational programs and easy setup. I especially like the tutorial showing me the system's features when logging in for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the speed of loading sessions can be increased but it could be the type of browser used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed more visibility into different events on the website in order to improve our SEO and overall marketing strategy when it comes to audience segmentation and campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The funnels are great, and the way the user interface presents different funnel data makes it easy to read and analyze. Also, how we see sessions from funnels just with a click is fantastic

The next version should have more functionality in the funnels

To be able to capture events without the need of tagging and have all digital data in one centralized system

It is easy to set up and configure based on use cases and KPIs. The system is very intuitive and allows customization. Also, lots of insights from the very beginning

The amount of data you are able to collect from the user interactions and the way it's presented - maps, reports, sessions, funnels and so more!

Further customization on the reports, but so far, it serves all my needs!

What do you like best about the product?
Till now the solution looks very clean and organized. I am using Glassbox for session replay and can quickly playback sessions and search inside of them for any element I need
What do you dislike about the product?
The playing overlay could be a bit improved. but I have been using the session replay and that works great. So not very much to add here - all in all I am very happy with what I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the areas in our site which are not working correctly and fixing them. Lowering the number of support requests we have and the time to resolve them as we can see how customers are using our site

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data is great, and it's very easy to analyze and share internally. Also, we can customize the dashboards and make it more use cases focus
