Multiple ways to see and analyze users behavior
What do you like best about the product?
Many interactive and intuitive ways to see click percentages on-page and understand users' behavior during their digital journey as well as analyze engagement with different elements
What do you dislike about the product?
Heatmaps don't always match up to link areas, possibly because of our sticky nav that shrinks when scrolling. Would also like the ability to add more than four zones in the page analysis tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to see engagement more in-depth and understand why users behave in a certain way to improve their experience

Session Replay and funnel studio capabilities are amazing - all the data is captured and presented in multiple ways, which makes it super easy to find what you're looking for
What do you dislike about the product?
masking/omission is difficult due to my industry and lack of coding knowledge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main use cases are funnel abandonment and UX/UI issues which is easy to track now that we have Glassbox. All of our KPI's are tracked through it and the insights are shared with teams across the organization which improves collaboration

Conversion tracking is excellent and gives us a lot of insights into what we should be updating and optimizing in our user journeys. Also, great customization options

UI could be a bit confusing at the beginning

Great session recording
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the session recording in the solution, it means we can clearly go ahead replay any sessions we have an issue with and understand what our customer is experiencing
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to capture the entire context of the session and see all what the customer has been experiencing in previous sessions - that would be realy great for us

Understanding where our customers are struggling and the issues they are having when interacting with us over our digital channels - in this case I mean our website
One of the best analytics tools available today in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox is literally the only way that I can view certain areas of the site without making a purchase, see exactly what the customer sees, how they interact and use the site, and their habits and actions that we couldn't predict or prepare that Glassbox lets us see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just getting used to the new layout, and making sure I use all the tools, as so many good areas that we're underutilizing, which is our issue not Glassbox!

Deep insight inter customer behaviour, issues and actions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to see the replay of my customer's interactions. I like that events are easy to filter on and that there is a lot of flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use the funnels that I created in other reports. Also, the Funnel reports appear to be locked and I can't bring in other widgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Glassbox to investigate why more users are not adopting our site. We are investigating where they are dropping off and the problems they are experiencing before abandoning the site.
A super valuable tool to our product and engineering teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share data with multiple teams as well as the amount of support and training we receive from the Glassbox team. The customer success team is creating a nice report/dashboard for us which makes it easier to find data and export relevant findings
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to use the more technical parts without the need for support but Glassbox is doing a good job with the training so that will happen eventually

Helping the product/XD/engineering teams to reproduce complaints and bugs coming from our users. We can find and fix issues faster and in a more accurate way

The ability to see the journey and see in real-time what happened in every step. Also, it's great to be able to generate actionable insights and share with other teams

I'd like to see how we could use this within the design framework

Understanding root-cause of events and what can we do to improve the user's journey to make it easier to reach different area on the website

The recorded sessions help us identify struggles quickly and fix any problems before it becomes a complaint and reduce the number of calls our customer support receives daily.

Raw data scan on reports could be more intuitive

We saw an Increase in the number of phone calls to customer support and needed a tool that can help us reduce the number of calls by providing visibility into real-time users sessions

Recording sessions - help to see the user behavior in real-time and understand the root cause of different events. We also use the reports to follow recurring events to optimize the web experience

Journey analysis is great but sometimes it's to explain and interpret to the other teams
