What do you like best about the product?
Open honest and transparent teams. The reports and real-time dashboard are excellent

More help with the integration with Nexidia.

Glassbox has been invaluable in helping our team discover issues and areas in need of improvement that we would otherwise be completely unaware of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, maybe to have more retroactive data and the ability to select a date range beyond 1 week at a time would be immensely helpful.

Very useful for seeing how our customers use our website, it can help us identify pain points on our webpages which we can look to improve. this has a very positive impact on our customer's experience

improved playback controls to better be able to fast forward and rewind sessions. Sometimes this takes a bit too long and is not clear and intuitive to newcomers

Identifying friction points on our web site including slow load time technical errors including AJAX and experience errors such as dead clicks, rage clicks and more
Glassbox is by far the best replay tool in the market

Helps us identify, and correlate customer experience issues across multiple channels to resolve and optimize CX holistically. I also like the reports and funnels feature. The best tool for CX insights
What do you dislike about the product?
Clear communication with regards to tickets ( issues and feature requests). Provide a thorough and detailed version of release notes for every release.

Ability to drill down and drive meaningful insights based on user's behavior. We can improve flows and journeys and optimize our users experience

Check the session-based reports - you can have visibility into every event and action that is happening during a user journey

ability to select different types of heat map style that gives an indication of performance and helps website user journey decision making. Also the ability to tie events to business metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
More prompting tips and indications of how to better use the site. More reccomandtions on how to improve less optimal areas in our website so we can apply changes and improve conversion

Seeing different journeys on our website and acting on insights based on the impact on revenue. We now have 360 view of all the journeys and how different users behave

A/B testing abilities are advanced and very insightful
Helpful for visibility and user engagement analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see the journey that users take throughout the site with the recordings. It's helpful to see where the errors on the page are. I also like being able to look at the clicks in each zone of a page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think improving on what the actual errors are during recorded sessions would be helpful. It's nice to see that someone did struggle on the page they are on but in some sessions, it's difficult to figure out what the actual struggle for people is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See what our users are struggling with and where do we need to focus our efforts to improve conversion and customer satisfaction. We are now able to analyze data and act accordingly

Check the interaction maps - provide a lot of insights and it's easy to analyze
Easy to use and insightful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Setting it all up is really easy. I like how fast you can launch a new recording and see what our users are experiencing while on our website. We have full visibility and can use the data in many ways
What do you dislike about the product?
How SC works with SPAs. We're having problems with that since we get a black background.

Having all the data under one centralized system and gathering enough of it to draw conclusions and improve CX
