What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox is built using modern technologies and frameworks as opposed to some of the other RUM solutions on the market. It is built with extensibility in mind and has the ability to adapt to varied monitoring scenarios. The vendor is also constantly adding new functionality that is directly based on user feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
"With great power comes great responsibility" - Glassbox is a powerful tool with many different configuration possibilities, requiring foresight and planning to implement in then best possibly way. This is not necessarily a shortcoming of Glassbox, but is common with enterprise tools of this type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glassbox has been used to address development issues, application support issues, business intelligence questions, as well as being a huge help in helping to identify 'bad actors' within our online infrastructure and address those security concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the heat map on Glass box and integrated analytics similar to Adobe.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be my lack of experience with the tool but I have feel like Glassbox is clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glassbox is great for looking at individual members experiences. However, I can't see this level of granularity is applicable given the sort of volume we see.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Glassbox is a great tool that allows you get a member or user level of granularity detail on sessions. It offers aggregate report structure and pairs well with Adobe Analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox is amazing to monitor customers experience and behavior on all our websites. I can quickly identify any anomalies of HTTP status codes or API failures, JS errors, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I can use Glassbox to see what is happening in the backend too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glassbox is essential tool for my company. We have visibility of all customer experience and behavior in our websites. we have found a lot of issues in our websites using Glassbox. People for other departments count with Glassbox to search any error happening in our websites and quickly identify and quantify what was the issue and the root cause.

What do you like best about the product?
Session replay is easy to learn and understand and provides and immediate benefit to see how users interact with our product. Reports and Funnels are even more powerful after over-coming a little bit of a learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to using GlassBox, it provides amazing insight into friction in your product. As mentioned, the more advanced features have more of a learning curve to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Friction in our UI (where do users get stuck)
* Fraud detection
* Production support
* A little for APM
* Bug analysis (GlassBox is great for identifying users impacted by a bug for later reconciliation with the user)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Super powerful tool, getting a set of power-users and advocates to drive adoption will definitely help with getting GlassBox into a company's processes. Once there, it quickly becomes an indispensable tool.

-> Android sessions for both hybrid and native apps
-> Helpful to troubleshoot issues

-> iOS session for hybrid apps
-> storyboard regeneration does not render screen properly.
-> custom event does not capture screen shots
-> masking fields bydefault

Code issues, API issues, runtime errors, struggle points.

Glassbox session recording is something exceptional and gives users actual experiences of the app. Easy to troubleshoot issues.

What do you like best about the product?
While, session replay quickly highlights pros and cons an individual customer experiences interacting with your application, there are other capabilities e.g., attributes, event, actions, alerts, client-flows, etc., which paint aggregate behaviors in a meaningful way and easy to understand/interpret.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some capabilities, e.g., client flows, journey mapping, etc. have limited usage due to restrictions around browser-based vs native applications, some customer journeys couldn't be fully analyzed when they traverse application boundaries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Observe customer journeys. Highlight pain points. Identify experience optimization opportunities. Create a feedback loop into experience design. Iterate and learn.

Interested in taking your customer experience visualization and measurement to the next level, try Glassbox!

What do you like best about the product?
Love the clarity it brings when dealing with issues, gives me confidence in knowing the facts and allows me to resolve many queries

Little technical at times and takes a bit of getting used to

Customer queries are made so much easier when you can see the customers journey. Benefits in good customer service and benefits for the company

What do you like best about the product?
The Click map, journey maps, and the teams help to understand the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see click maps be centralized in one location. 6.5 is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems around UX flows and experiences. We are also using this information to better understand our users.
