What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and insights and business value are clear to understand. we get a lot of value by understanding our customer's sessions - and can see what needs to be fixed in our site
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where I cannot tell what action a user took on the page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing how users work our site and what they are doing. sharing session recording with our DevOps so that they can fix issues

What do you like best about the product?
I am just beginning to learn about Glassbox but excited to see how well it works with SessionCam. It has been giving awesome value to us in understanding how our customers fill out there forms. great to work with and pretty straight forward to administrate
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind - solution works great for us and giving us value week over week
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where customers are looking in our website why are they leaving and where are they having trouble in doing what they came to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I am moving now from SessionCam to Glassbox. Aside from SC being a bit bugging, I like everything about it. its great to work with and has great data insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to increase/decrease the user's session based on his screen size, without impacting the size of toolbar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understad how customers are finding our site - and solving erros on the screens. this helps us to understand where the issues actualy are

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to capture consumers' movements and ability to scroll pages once paused and overlay has been closed. Very easy to work with and manage so overall - super happy
What do you dislike about the product?
More streamline rewind, seems to have latency when trying to go back and sometimes freezes up

Understand where customers are spending their time and what they like engaging within our site. also helps us to better design campaigns and website enhancements

What do you like best about the product?
The system is handy for customer insights and lets us understand how our users are interacting with our website. we can see where users are leaving and most important, why.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the recordings dont sync up some times and you have to go back and watch it again to get it to play normally its like the recording is stuck on a single page but the user is still continuing

Understanding why customers are converting and what needs to be improved in our site

What do you like best about the product?

Account managers only reach out when the contract renewal is due. When we first joined the interaction was more frequent

What do you like best about the product?
The Best thing is we can see the back dated data with much ease. The system is very easy to manage and I meets our requirements for understanding how our customers use our system

The Heatmaps sometimes faces issues etc – needs to be improvised

Seeing where customers are dropping off in their buying process and why. We can also get much productive in introducing new capabilities into our site and what is best is that we can measure our business performance

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, has a nice interface and I think the customer support is really good. I like the view of all the top struggle recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I grab a lot of screenshots from Session recordings to show my team opportunities like a user clicking on a unclickable section of banner or something displaying incorrectly and often it can take me a long time to capture that one moment I’m after, perhaps if you could slow it down even further or hold and drag to the exact part that would save me a lot of time.
