Better transactions with our customers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Glassbox gives me the number and percentage of successful and unsuccessful transactions found in our systems in details. the numbers help us prioritize the important scope of our site to be optimized, improved and correct. It suggests well which part of our site is needing improvements and fixing so that there will be more site visit and transactions with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Glassbox could improve by having more options to customize reporting views and elements for funnel creation. Technically, the elements should be customizable in my access so that I can perform my analyses better. With better funneling, I could perform better and faster creation of my reports to my superiors. This insights will help us better or sites and operation. But, so far, the funnel creation really helps, I just hope there are better options to custom depending on the criteria we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lowerinf the cost of our devops team as we can identify issues much quicker and respond quicker too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can measure the most popular items on the websites, apps, our members are using. This helps us make the site/app more engaging to our customers, and will increase usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting function is tricky to learn and the training is hands off, relying on the customer to figure out how to build reports by going through the training. The canned reports are useful, but ad hoc reporting needs more refinement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the browsing easier for our customers so that they can achive the tasks they are looking to do.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the different reports I can create is very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are not super intuitive to build, and the fact that you can only report on 30 days at a time is a tremendous limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping the customer journey running and flowing for our uses during their cycle. minimzing abandonment

What do you like best about the product?
interaction maps to better understand the struggles met by visitors and analyzing their session through session recordings
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing easily custom dimension: I'd like to look for specific struggles met (like dead clicks on a certain button). Also, the visualization of behavior is hard to get at first sight (Contentsquare makes it look easier).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
blocking all issues which effect our customer experiance and giving him a path where he can do what he came for

Very Strong Graphic presentation of the results - we can clearly see what is being done

Once date filter range is set - we see performance issue in loading the page

Looking for a pool of areas where we divide the sessions into ones with a poor and good experiance

What do you like best about the product?
I like the navigation panel on the left, makes it easy to find what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
More in-app guidance/help would be great. I'm pretty new to the experience and get confused by why I can't find sessions or why the journey map doesn't work right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
interacting with the customers based on their real experience and giving them a better service

Very Easy Interface

What do you like best about the product?
Top two things I like best: 1) Easy interface when I'm looking at detailed data. 2) I love the video playback so I can see what members are doing. Super helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things 1) Hard when I can't access historical info. This may be something we have to pay for, not sure. 2) When looking at Android data, sometimes it slow or I never see the Android user that says they are having an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the playback gives us the ability to see the web paths our customers take in our site and fix errors

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about glassbox it’s the possibility to have sessions with details as time/country to know how and who made the booking or touched it and the facility on the searching tool to find a specific session, very practical for CRT team to make the bookings historical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we can’t see who retrieve to the booking to confirm it for example, the identity is not clear , and unfortunately not all sessions are recorded and the oldest ones are not

Looking into customers journey of our site and improving their experience on a regular basis

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting. It allows my team to filter to a specific set of sessions based on a number of customized widgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm see a difference in the number of clicks data when comparing a specific date range with our other analytics platforms. For example, when I track clicks on a unique selector those clicks don't match another source outside of Glassbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting analysis on the journeys of our customers makes support them in a better way

The Amount of Data

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data provided, the complexity of the reports which can be built, the flexibility of the system and how streamlined and organized the interface is, making it super easy to obtain the information we are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
First of all, SPEED. Everything seems slow. I understand we are dealing with tons of data and things won't be fast, but sometimes I feel they're slower than should be. Also, I never understood if the system has a limitation or if it was imposed by our configuration, but I know as a fact our historical data is very limited (60 days if I am not mistaken). I believe we should be able to go back in time and see how things evolved in a longer time spam, maybe around a year or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Glassbox for better support of our production team and find interesting areas in our site which are causing problems to our users . we can then provide them with a better service
