First Hive - CDP platform
What do you like best about the product?
For anyone considering using First Hive, I recommend doing so. The monitoring of interactions and the management of campaigns is very simple. Data Segmentation is very easy. Within few clicks, one could launch EDM and SMS campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration is a bit complicated part, but the First Hive team had helped us always to overcome the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Security, Data need not to be uploaded or downloaded for inbound marketing campaigns. Also helping us in creating Marketing Automation flows.
CDP are used to consolidate and integrate customer data into one single database
What do you like best about the product?
Firsthive is a good CDP platform to look at the data from digital and predict how a customer will behave so we can serve accordingly. These tools offer marketing teams relevant insights needed to run campaigns & it is user friendly tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
overall it is good product noth to dislike rather recommend the product

Email Marketing. SMS & Drift marketing. Seen good open rate and cost optimization

FirstHive offers Very Proactive and supportive Business team, excellent support in terms of solutioning and implementation for all the business challenges we have encountered so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support for standard off the shelf CDP products is great, but tech support for the customised Microsite and mobile applications can improve in terms of speed of resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FirstHive has been excellent tool for us to communicate and manage a comprehensive Influencer loyalty program with more than 1,40,000 members around India. Customised personal communication with our influencers had been an important challenge for us which FirstHive was able to solve and automate for us. We are able to respond to changes in market conditions with the help of the customised campaigns which we are able to create and communicate instantly with our influencers. This has been a key competitive advantage for us.

Their end-to-end solution-based products are great to go with. Technology and customization will also pull you towards them compared to other peers.

Nothing much; being a product company often, there are initial hiccups, but they cover it well, resulting in the successful closure of a project.
