What do you like best about the product?
We are delighted to leverage Firsthive platform & their support service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside we have faced as such. So far everything seems to be positive, then too can work little toward meeting SLA' s of Tech support.

Very user friendly application and supportive team.

Not enough flexibility to edit existing campaigns and you need to redesign the journey

We are using firsthive for SMS/Email campaigns and it is helping for better customer reach and growing business
