Much needed for QAEs

  • September 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It helps find the bugs that not every eye can capture. Especially the edge cases for cross browser testing. It is convenient to record video directly and attach in the JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has very limited access to the cloud devices as compared to other websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When participating in bug bash with high level knowledge about the product, this helps us find edge cases with cross browser testing.
Points out the failing one among multiple API
Helps test application in different OEMs virtually though it is limitedly available.

A Reliable Tool for Real-World Testing Across Devices

  • September 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a UX Engineer, one of the most valuable aspects of BrowserStack is its ability to let me test on real devices and operating systems remotely. This has been a game-changer for ensuring consistent user experiences across platforms without needing a physical device lab. The interface is intuitive, and spinning up a test environment takes just a few clicks. It’s especially helpful when debugging layout issues or performance quirks that only appear on specific device-browser combinations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, occasionally, the remote sessions can feel slightly laggy, especially when testing animations or transitions, which can make it harder to assess performance nuances. I’d also love to see deeper integrations with design tools or prototyping platforms in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With BrowserStack, I can instantly access real devices and environments remotely, which means I can catch layout bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems early in the development cycle. This has significantly improved the quality of our releases and reduced the number of post-launch fixes.

Simple to use and great for testing UI across multiple devices.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I introduced BrowserStack to my second company, and it quickly became a favorite. Previously, we relied on a phone, an iPad, and a large-screen device to test our web UI — a costly and impractical setup. As a part-time freelancer, purchasing all those devices was beyond my budget, and I often had to borrow them from friends and family just to ensure proper testing. BrowserStack solved this challenge seamlessly. I started with the free version, and after experiencing its value, I upgraded to the paid plan. It has been a game-changer for our testing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited free version, most useful features require a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of testing across multiple devices, browsers, and OS versions without needing to buy them. It saves time, reduces cost, and ensures my web app works consistently for all users.

What do you like best about the product?
its ability to provide real-time testing on actual devices rather than emulators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it works too much slow and hence a disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced testing time and cost: BrowserStack allows developers and testers to test their web applications on various browsers and devices at once, as opposed to manual testing, saving them time and money.

Outstanding Product

  • August 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is an outstanding platform for cross-browser and cross-device testing. It allows developers and QA teams to instantly test websites and applications across thousands of real devices, operating systems, and browsers without needing to maintain a complex in-house lab.

The biggest advantage is its real device cloud—unlike emulators or simulators, you’re testing on actual devices, which gives far more accurate results. The performance is smooth, setup is quick, and the platform integrates seamlessly with popular CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CircleCI.

I especially appreciate the Live Testing feature for quick manual checks and the Automate functionality for running Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright test suites at scale. The debugging tools (screenshots, logs, video recordings, network traffic capture) make identifying and resolving issues much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major drawback is performance—sessions can be slow, with noticeable lag during live testing, especially on older devices. This makes it frustrating to debug UI issues in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to run tests across various devices and platforms is a big plus.

Innovative tool that would facilitate the test flow

  • August 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that impressed me most was the accuracy when generating steps and assigning them priorities and being able to integrate it with Jira
What do you dislike about the product?
I am worried about not being able to integrate it in the future with case and defect tracking tools such as ALM, which is still mandatory in many companies as easily as Jira tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast case generation and the ability to import and export cases
