What do you like best about the product?
it's indispensable to test the good work you're doing. While technically complex, it's easy to use and support is quick and helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a bit expensive for small companies.

we can trust in our product working on a big range of devices, because we know that we tested!
Intelligent platform for cross browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration with existing automation platforms like selenium, cypress etc.

No issues found till date with the use of browserstack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to test our application on real hardware instead of sumulators. It gives us cross browser, cross platfrom capabilities which helps to improve quality of our software.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack offers a cost-effective cloud-based platform to run your tests both manually and automated! It allows you to scale your testing without having tons of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. One minor thing might be that there is sometimes a little latency when using mobile devices. But I have to say it really improved over the years!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack allows me to run the exact same test against a wide variety of browsers on both desktop and mobile devices. Next to that it offers so many features, like geolocation, mobile gestures, and setting up a connection to your private network.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using BrowserStack for over 5 years now, and based on my experience so far, I would place it right among the top testing tools. Across web and mobile, from Live to Automate to SpeedLabs to Percy, BrowserStack provides coverage across tons of Operating systems, Browsers, Devices, Versions, Geolocations, Resolutions and more. What else would one require??
As our business focuses more on the Web and less on Mobile, I've been using the following products very often: Live, Automate, Percy and SpeedLabs and each of these products has helped my team in testing at their fullest potential and delivering features to Production with optimum quality. As compared to other competitors, BrowserStack is far superior in the capabilities it provides and in terms of the pricing too! Moreover, it has the added advantage of running tests across simulators and real devices, building more confidence within test teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm eagerly waiting for an enhanced version of SpeedLabs where we can make the best use of this tool for testing a website's performance. At the moment, it has only limited capabilities unlike PageSpeedInsights, Lightbox, GTMetrix, etc. Also, the scores across all tools vary a lot. (although great to see the possibility to now integrate via APIs). Moreover, would love to see an Insights Dashboard in the lower plans as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack provides the ability to test across browsers, devices, operating systems, resolutions, geo-locations and multiple versions, indirectly helping to build confidence in testing a feature thoroughly with complete coverage. It is possible to run tests on BrowserStack from either Dev, Stage or Production environments giving complete flexibility to developers and test professionals, indirectly helping to release software in an agile manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would request Browserstack team to please come up with help documentation or a video to help set up the running of tests on Browserstack devices using a typical Docker-Jenkins set-up. Even though the support team has described to me the process of how to achieve it, I could not find much material on the same. It would help a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Great support team - very responsive and helpful. They continue to assist until the problem gets resolved. multiple devices with both PC browser and mobile devices. Quick responses from the support team
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't see a live session of iOS Automate. we can see only recorded video of running automated sessions on ios devices. it would be great if get a live session like Android.

BrowserStack helps in the configuration as well as helps in real-time problems like -making changes in the ios settings app so that we can achieve the use case.

How simple it is to use. And I have all operating systeMs on one platform is priceless. I can finally Test on android app which was difficult since I'm an apple user

It is slow at times. Maybe easier method to download live apps. Also having a demo option would be great with the screenshot option. Didn't like signing in all the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of demoing and testing apps. Before I had to learn android studio which is annoying on a MacBook Pro. I can show my app on android and apple.

Easy set up, non-tech stakeholders can easily adapt and leverage the tool to particpate in testing across multiple browsers and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access to account support and response times are sometimes slow, adding additional licenses requires a contact with account manager and not easily managed online
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing Cross browser and mutiple device types. This saves us time and money as we no longer need to ship out temp devices to out teams.

Provides a wide range of devices and operating systems for us to test on.

The interface can be feel cluttered from time to time.

They allow us to quickly test our apps in different environments without having to physically set those environments up.
