Test case management is really powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Test case management their recent product i have used that is very helpful in organising test cases and testing processes in our team
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything major yet but there's one issue that they didn't provide older OS's for testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software testing made so much easy in crossbrowser and multi platforms

The products are very user friendly. Also, the integration with Jira tickets for test case management makes it a lot easier

Devices get unavailable when there is heavy traffic. Everything else is upto par

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Parallel testing in the main issue that browser stack helped and this helps in reducing the execution time of 8 to 9 hrs per week.

What do you like best about the product?
Varied selection of devices. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't configure it deeply, for example if i want to delete some system application, it's not possible. No adb commands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device Coverage testing for a feature on varous iOS and Android Devcies. Being a QA, we are required to test on different devices and it's not possible to have each and every device.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many thing which I like about browser stack, as an enginner it gives me the freedom to test the code on a vareity of high end to low end devices, which ensures quality of my code. Secondly not only manual testing it also provides the way to for automation, so then do not have to repeat my work every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced connectivity issues many times, like I had strong wifi even though the mobiles were not able to start, and also I face problem when I have to install a build of my org which would require the VPN on my laptop so that tunneling for VPN to run that build on browserstack device is not smooth and creates many issues for me.
Also sometimes the devices disconnect automatically and track of work is lost.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As told before it helps me in device coverage for the testing process and also I do automate the sanity testcases with help of browser stack which eventaully helps to find potential issues before app release, and it made our testing process more dependable. So other than efficiency and effectiveness it also reduces the cost for us, maintaining those many devices in our org would have been difficult for us, so it saved a lot of costs for us.
Great platform for automating my website testing.
What do you like best about the product?
It has been great time using BrowserStack for automated testing for my websites. It has vast numbers of devices from macOS to Android and almost all browsers to test my website seamlessly without much of my interection. They have a simple and easy dashboard from where I can access all devices for testing and debugging. They have also proved in providing great support to me. I prefer BrowserStack for all of my websites for testing.

I found BrowserStack to be a bit costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helped me test and debug my customer's websites with automated testing feature, which I found very reliable. It also reduces my efforts by providing almost all browsers on any device for my testing. I love using BrowserStack for my customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a BrowserStack customer for a long time and I've always been happy with the service they provide. I'd recommend BrowserStack for the following reasons: their support has always been very quick to respond to queries; they offer a great range of devices and browsers to test with; they integrate easily into may different CI/CD platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've occasionally found BrowserStack's sales department a bit quick to contact me if I investigate an area of their platform that I don't subscribe to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack makes it easy for us to run automated and manual tests against a variety of devices and platforms. It's nice to not worry about buying these devices or hosting virtual machines.

What i like about BrowserStack is that it helped me test our game on alot of different devices instantly and daily

The only downside of BrowserStack for me right now is that i find it hard to find particular versions of mobile devices .
I recently had a bug that affected only 50% of IOS versions and had trouble testing with multiple IOS versions on Browserstack

BrowserStack helps me test on various devices without having to have them all physically

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy. Support local build/dist files. Tried new feature such Record session, Dev tools, Change location which help to check the wedsite on specific location without using VPN

Sometimes it does not load the browser on device. Direct html file support is not there

We can have every latest device with the latest build/version to test our website. Now with Change location feature help to check website on specific Loaction without using VPN. Ression Session Feature help to record flow of particular function in our website without using other Recording tools
