Efficient, Easy to use and with lot of devices with different version to test
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the BrowserStack for quite a time now as my company has the license of BS. It has been very helpful in case I wan to test on real devices and debug a particular issue. We had a case where we were facing issue on IE and Edge browser but it was working fine on other platforms. BS helped me quickly check the issues and sort it out. Another scenario is for iOS as it could behave differently on real devices. We regularly use the BS to test our apps on different plaforms and browser to be more proactive on fixing the things.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Using the local testing sometime is painful as it takes multiple attempts to connect to local and use BS with localhost
- Conosle it only available for Chrome browser when doing the local testing
- Sometime it can be slow to test

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I can test lot of browsers and different verisons for different platforms right from BS
- I can do local testing as well before to release as it adds additinal layer of bug free software
- I can test for mobile as well as desktop too

the good side of browserstack
What do you like best about the product?
it has a user-friendly interface. The other good thing is that the devices have fast speed internet connections and are not slow at all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am able to test my multiple video websites and youube plugins
Good solution and some out of the box solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Observability solution and ease to execute automation solution on different sets of browser matrix.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a major issue, but using browser in the Browser stack is a little slower than the real-time machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having all the browsers and OS combinations on your local machine. Providing information on automation execution and showing frequent failure points in the report.
Best solution for our Mobile Testing Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The best qualities I love about Browserstack are its detailed product documentation and excellent customer support. There is always a quick response to our queries and good support for finding resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I observed while using their App Automate product is that there is a maximum session limit of 2 hours, after which the session automatically terminates. It is a concern in case of working with lengthier test scenarios
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use App Automate. It has allowed us to test on multiple devices and their versions across Android and IOS platforms. This is the best and most cost-effective solution instead of maintaining a physical device farm.
BrowserStack is a great tool to assist our QA team
What do you like best about the product?
The large variety of browsers, OS versions, browser versions, and version history. To be able to go back and test on older browsers is very helpful to our team as a large chunk of our user base tends to skew older, with older hardware and less likely to keep up with browser updates. So to be able to have access to older OS's and browser versions is very helpful to our needs.
Or even in simple cases, many of us use Macs at work, so being able to log into BS and use Windows browsers to spot check things quickly is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the speed of the browsers can be a bit slow. Unsure if that is because we are accessing browsers in the cloud, various internet issues, or something else. It can sometimes be hard to tell if it is a problem with our site versus a performance of the browser we are using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Many browsers and OS configurations to test against, while locally, we only have a few options available on our work machines.
Browser stack solves this problem by giving us a large selection of desktop and mobile device and browser options, including a long history of older browser versions. BS helps quite a bit when we get customer complaints from users who are on older hardware/software.

Sometimes mismatches happen in real devices and BrowserStack Devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-browser and device testing
Cross Browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
We as a QA team use BrowserStack for Cross Browser testing which is a really good experience & I am excited about new products
What do you dislike about the product?
While performing cross browser testing, we see the session logs out every 5 mins which is not a good user experience & this can be improved & the latency when trying to use cross browser testing can be enhanced
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For testing the application on different OS browsers platforms, it was difficult for us to perform on different systems, BrowserStack solves this problem by providing us to test on different OS browsers combinations
Browserstack provides everything you need for automated testing in one easy to use solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of BrowserStack is the Test Observality tool. We rely on the data and results shared through this tool every morning during our test analysis. Other great features are Browserstack's extensive range of real browsers, browser versions, operating systems, and mobile devices for testing. The most significant upside of using BrowserStack is the platform provides access to real devices, allowing users to test their applications on actual smartphones, tablets, and other devices. This is particularly beneficial for mobile app development and responsive web design testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature of BrowserStack is the pricing. BrowserStack is relatively expensive compared to other testing platforms, especially for small teams or individual developers with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is solving a few business problems for us: the ability to run all of our automated test projects in one place, multiple browsers and browser versions, and actual smartphones, tablets, and other devices without investing in all of the required devices in-house.
It's a great solution for testing on all kinds of platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and speed at which cross-browser testing can be accomplished is awesome! It's usually tiresome and time-wasting having to install a ton of browsers, emulators, etc, to try and guess what apps and sites look like for different users. BrowserStack helps make that a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess there could be more features. But I am a relatively new user, so I haven't run into anything yet that was severely lacking. I guess it could be a bit cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-browser testing for websites and apps can be tiresome and take up a lot of the team's time. With BrowserStack in our tools list, finding odd bugs and addressing them gets much easier.
