Best platform for web testing
What do you like best about the product?
Device coverage and simplicity of the platform.

Less support for asian devices and desktops.

Testing on real device cloud have been a game changer with App live

A must-have in my software stack
What do you like best about the product?
I build progressive web apps, which notoriously require a lot of cross-browser testing. Browserstack makes this very easy. What I like the most about the platform is that it uses real devices, not simulated/emulated devices, which guarantees the rendering you see precisely matches what a customer with that device would see. It's much more accurate than using the emulated devices from the Chrome developer console.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not exactly cheap at $39/month. Even more device/browser options (especially recent ones) would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using BrowserStack for cross-browser PWA testing, as well as debugging. It definitely saves me a ton of money compared to having to actually own each of these devices myself
Quality Checker Software
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack Live is the best tool for checking the website in multiple browsers in one place. Our QC team uses BrowserStack Live to test the client site in desktop browsers and mobile devices. BrowserStack Live coves all Andriod and iPhone OS mobiles. BrowserStack Live provides the ability to use dev tools inside the device / browser / os combinations for debugging. BrowserStack Live helps to fix the issues. Very simple, easy to use. Web Developers and Designers in my company are use BrowserStack to test the client sites and for fixing the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support team response is a little bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack Live is a very powerful tool to check the website on multiple browsers and real devices. The User interface design is excellent. We can do local testing during the development. BrowserStack Live is valuable and helpful tool for Web designers and Web developers. BrowserStack Live provides real devices so test results are also real. We can easily debugging the site by using dev tools which inbuilt in BrowserStack Live. We can run smoothly BrowserStack Live in mobile.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
BrowserStack Live provides multiple platforms and browsers and usually they are up to date with market versions. Stability, it works and works well. The User interface is nice and user friendly. BrowserStack Live is easy to run.
Amazing for testing cross-platform and cross-browser
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack Live is invaluable to my development process. I can fix bugs on platforms I do not personally have access to. I can inspect code on a mobile device, preventing countless hours of frustration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't paste URLs into the iPhone devices, but I'm not sure if that is something on BrowserStack's end or the iPhones themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack uses actual devices, not emulators, so I can replicate bugs that might not show up on an emulator. This is great and makes sure I can fix everything I need to before launch.
BrowserStack is amazing! We have tested all of your websites and apps and the accuracy is just great
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy is something we value. When someone tells us that on their cellphone something is not looking right, we always simulate and replicate the issue when logging in BrowserStack and looking for that device.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would appreciate the integration with ClickUp, as we noticed they have integration to send the screenshots or bugs to Trello, Jira and much other software. This would save time for some of your users too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QA and testing when launching a website. Also for some applications, we have developed too since we can test not only mobiles but also desktop testing in several browsers.
We use BrowserStack Automate from 2018 and fit well for our automatic testing on video players views

to have real PC/Mac to test video player measurements quality of video streaming usage, using our localized nework

Some time the slowdown of the networking using our localized network and using a proxy to catch the needed network traffic

If you need many devices and OS to test your web applications continuously at a good price I recommend BrowserStack Automate
Helpful for multi-browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
The multi browser testing can be done with ease, providing an almost realistic testing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Maybe the pricing can be reviewed once.

Cross-browser testing, simultaneous testing are the main reasons I had used BrowserStack.

I highly recommend it if you use a large testing team and need software for cross-browser automation testing.
Excellent tool for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
There is a HUGE variety of browsers and devices a user can select from including a wide range of device models. It makes it really easy to test on different devices without needing to have them physically in front of you like our team used to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main browsers for testing on devices are Chrome and Safari, it would be helpful to have some of the newer browser apps available for that too like Duck to better understand how tracking is removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use BrowserStack for testing different email campaigns and how they will display across different devices and browsers. It's been a great time saver and an easy way to identify bugs that would have previously required us to jump through many hoops to get set up correctly. We do also use it for web testing to ensure our website works on both windows and apple devices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
BrowserStack is a huge cost and timesaver compared to purchasing and testing on actual devices. It's extremely easy to use and also allows you ability to do screen recording on top of the program which isn't always possible on physical devices.

Easy way who to test you website on different mobile devices or operating systems.

Every day I test websites on iPhones and Internet Explorer 11 that I don't have on my computer.

Loading of the device is sometimes very long.

I don't have to buy all mobile devices for testing. I use BrowserStack Live for debugging and testing website projects.
