I always recommend BrowserStack!
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack has a great product and in my experience they offer the best value for the price! They are focused on constantly improving and take customer feedback very seriously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! G2 says that is too short, so here are some extra words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use BrowserStack Automate to run our end-to-end tests. Tests are run overnight and before each release.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! Using BrowserStack is easier than trying to maintain your own device farm and offers a better value for the price than its competitors. Additionally, BrowserStack boasts testing on real devices, unlike their competitors who may offer only emulators. They are also very generous with their free trials, so if you are looking to do a proof-of-concept, I definitely recommend getting in touch with them!
Easy to use no matter what testing tool or CI tool you use.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Percy is the ease of setup and configuration. Their documentation is easy to follow, and they have tons of capabilities for whatever testing tool or CI tool you may be using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things that would be better with Percy are the parallelization configuration. They have many ways to solve this, but having just one unified way of doing it would be even better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual-based regression testing. This type of testing is an absolute must for automated testing nowadays. There are so many minor visual tweaks that we can catch with even a simple regression using Percy.
Amazing platform for web testers

Allow us to execute multiple tests in parallel and provided us with an intuitive user interface to debug our test failures. Also we can use their live platform to perform manual testings across different browsers and devices
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup could be confusing, however their documentation is really informative and their customer support is always there to help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have the resources to execute our tests across different devices/browsers and Browserstack Automate is the ultimate solution that our problem. Also most of your developers are using Mac OS hence it was a challenge for us to test our changes on IE11 and Edge browsers before we have started using Browserstack

Automation and Virtualization in One
What do you like best about the product?
I can spin up instances of different devices and browsers at the click of a button. This is perfect for testing responsive sites without having to have a multitude of physical devices on hand. Additionally, for automation testing, you can integrate Selenium testing scripts into the Browserstack environment. Browserstack also provides a platform called Percy.io which, with a simple script, can integrate UI differential testing into your continuous pipeline. This allows you to quickly see if changes to the UI have been made with a different build - they can be intentional or accidental and it's up to the team to decide if those changes are correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitation when it comes to accessibility testing - you can't use screenreaders on Browserstack, for example. Assisted reading software is extremely important when it comes time to design your site to be accessible, and this is a major limitation of Browserstack.
Instances can be someone slow to spin up, as well. For privacy reasons, each instance is sandboxed - however, this means that for any sites requiring authentication, a user has to sign in again every time for each new browser session. This is somewhat cumbersome - however, it's far from a dealbreaker.

Our entire QA Engineering team uses Browserstack - while we build automation frameworks that are cross browser, seeing visual changes on actual mobile devices and operating systems is a necessary manual process. There are things that we catch that can't be found with automated testing. While there is a need for both methodologies, having a tool like Browserstack for manual testing is invaluable.
We do run Selenium automation scripts on Browserstack and, while that indeed helps us with our process, it's important for us that we have the ability to very quickly see changes to a product on multiple devices. It's a quick way to do a health check on our products.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend browserstack for an entire team to use. It helps prevent the need for having too many physical devices on hand at the same time - this is especially useful for distributed teams and people working remotely. I'm personally WFH indefinitely and have limited test devices in my own home - browserstack has been an indispensable tool in helping us get our work done!
Detailed reports for testing websites and apps
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the tool to do complex functions. Network monitoring allows me to perform operational tests and manage each of my applications or websites, providing details in complete reports, on the specifications of each one, to know if there is any failure or inconvenience in the flow of the system, with the sole purpose of preventing and finding a quick solution to any problem. It is easy to access your system, it is flexible and offers the ability to access it from my mobile devices or PC, where I can have variants in my system to be able to use it, be it different operating systems or web browsers, since many colleagues they usually use the browser or system that best suits their preference, that Browserstack is flexible in this makes our adaptation and work much easier. It has simple tools, with multiple functionality that allows each test to be executed with the greatest possible precision and detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now each of its functions have seemed perfect to me, it works soothly and offers an active system that allows testing without any problem. that is why I have no complaints about the software, its cost adapts to each feature it offers, the set of tools is quite complete and meets every requeriment, customer support is always attentive to any questions you have about the development of the system. Browserstack is a tool with multiple functions, it allows I to test and detail each aspect, providing all the information you need. I can't get something sustainable that might upset me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly, I must add that the software has been a primary tool in the testing of each of our applications and websites, in this way my company corroborates that everything is working perfectly, we detail if there are any problems or if customers have any problem with the platform, this allows us to be warned against future threats, completely covering every problem that arises intime. I like the way in which it is possible to develop all the work at all, having everything covered, with Browserstack it is possible to develop our work in a fluid and spontaneous way, collaborating as a team and unifying our power so that our system develops in a clean and perfect, providing our customers with the best possible service.
