A powerful tool to test across a plethora of browsers
What do you like best about the product?
It has a plethora of different browsers to test. All from the comfort of your browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, debugging on specific browsers, specifically iOS/Safari can be pretty arduous. It often crashes and can has inconsistent behaviours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to test on browsers we don't typically have access to. Particularly helpful when testing iOS & Safari.
Painless multi browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use. You can test anything everywhere, in muiltiple devices and browsers with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit expensive. I get that you have unlimited options on testing but if you want to test in just a couple of devices for a freelancer the 40$ per month is a bit too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multibrowser support in different devices. It's easy and fast to use without a hustle.
Useful Testing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Access to just about any mobile device and browser simulator you need. Pretty easy to learn and use. Lots of features and strong community of developers / users. Our QA team would be in a tough place without it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be slower than desired. Caching has caused confusion in the past
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing an array of devices and platforms. Makes it very easy for our remote QA team to test on any device we need them to. Saves a lot of time for them and for our team
Scalable way to test various platform experiences
What do you like best about the product?
Library of platforms and browsers that allow thorough testing and troubleshooting of user experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology is incredible to bring these platforms to a browser. That said, there are occasional hiccups in coordinating the provisioning and rendering of the mobile platforms and browser versions.

Web applications are the mainstay of companies in today's digital world. While modern browsers have converged dramatically in the last decade, there are nuances in rendering behavior and interactivity requiring checking each supported browser.

Poor experience in capturing data on what is happening when there is a simulated defect.

A helpful tool in QA activities
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpflul thing is the possibility of using different virtual devices so you are able to confirm that the features are working properly no just on your physical devices, you can increase your testing cappabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the gap between physical and virtual devices is still too big for just trust on virtual ones. Furthermore, tools like VPN, Whitelisting for accessing restricted testing environments is too complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of accessing different devices that I have not physical, so with the possibility of using virtual devices, we can increase our coverage very easily.
One stop solution for all your cross browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
One place where we can switch the country location as per our testing requirements which helps in testing local region websites of the same domain using different browser and versions
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much but it takes more time time to load the content inside the pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's challenging to test local (regional) websites. To do this, we need to use some ip switcher to test. But by using a browser stack in one place, we can try using different browsers and different local websites without much effort.

Disadvantage of using BrowserStack is sometimes while accessing device user faces slowness issues

It helps to test on multiple devices with different viewport
Get access to a wide range of devices on your browser
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily manage test cases, and test runs with the recent BrowserStack test management launch, not to mention the numerous mobile and tablet devices I can access in real-time. I can also access different operating systems and browsers with various versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performing actions on devices on BrowserStack sometimes lag or is a bit slow. I have a solid internet connection, but I sometimes face this issue. And a few times when you try to connect to a device, it takes a little time, like a minute. It takes a few seconds usually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to carry several devices to help us in cross-browser and compatibility testing. However that has changed and we can now access so many devices and browsers with different versions.
One of my favorite tools, allows for rapid multitasking.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows me to quickly confirm results with multiple folks within my organization and eliminates the need for a LOT of handheld device testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some devices not within the Browserstack library I'd like to see added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ir allows me to confirm results when there might be issues between multiple quality assurance folks in different locations. Also allows for quick demos of unique results to interested parties.
