a simply magnificent platform
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is a truly unique and innovative platform, without a doubt it is a tool with a surprising utility for my day to day, since it allows me to quickly and easily test my mobile and web applications on many devices and browsers to ensure that my software complies and exceeded all my expectations, those of the organization and mainly those of the client. Browserstack has a set of features that I find very useful such as the fact that not only can you evaluate the correct location of the various elements of the site, but also debug Flash, JavaScript or CSS, In the automation section you have the ability to access to an API that allows you to run tests in Selenium, Full reports are taken at the time of the tests, which gives me the possibility to visualize and thus be able to solve the possible failures that could be presented, it has a really very versatile interface among many features more.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not find any negative feature of the software relevant enough to complain about since the software generally works in an excellent way, although I would like to note that the program runs slower than usual which slows the flow of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I started implementing Browserstack in my organization the benefits it has provided us are countless, although in summary it allows me to save a lot of time and gives me the possibility of providing three-dimensional data on the operation of the website to both my colleagues and my clients and detect errors in an extremely fast way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a reliable assistant for quality control of anything, from a website to mobile applications and money is not a problem for you or your organization, I assure you that Browserstack will be the best solution

They have a wonderful customerservice. They respond super fast to your emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
When testing your website on their software it can be rather slow and with a poor resolution.

It makes it super easy to test your website on different platforms in an efficient way.
Must-have for Web Design
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack has been a life saver for our Marketing and Communications group. Our web designer is able to ensure his pages that he builds work properly across all recent browsers in multiple operating systems. The ability to render on mobile devices is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike about Browserstack. If anything, the pricing is a little high for our non-profit, but it's reasonable for this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we've gone through different iterations of our website, Browserstack has been an invaluable tool to ensure our sites work on legacy browsers across multiple operating systems. Much of our customer base is an older generation, and our analytics show that many still use older versions of their browsers. Without Browsertack, we'd have a much harder time properly coding our site for a large portion of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The many choices of browsers, I like being able to troubleshoot right there in the emulator. I like the visuals of the cellphones getting hooked up to charge and loading the page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slow. Sometimes the cellphones don't respond to clicking very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing webpages in different browsers help me as a web developper. It's much easier than physically owning Windows machines, or Mac machines.
Helpful Front End testing site for any platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily switch between platforms, i.e. mobile, PC, or MAC. You can even have multiple tabs open within your session. It is a very convenient tool to test websites outside of your own DNS environment. It also allows testing on mobile, PC, or MAC, so you can test frequently as you program or for troubleshooting specific issues on a client site.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that it is slow at times or completely unavailable. Since I use it so often, it's frustrating when it's unavailable or not working properly. Although it is a rare occurrence, so doesn't deter me from using this as my primary testing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to test the Front End of a website, as I program, as well as for specific troubleshooting of client site problems. I'm able to test on multiple platforms and circumvent my DNS to maximize knowledge and troubleshooting value.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for troubleshooting out of your DNS environment, as well as using multiple platforms. You can easily switch between platforms at the click of the button, as well as having multiple tabs open for multiple site testing simultaneously. Great tool!
